Update: I spent $19.00 today. The scam works like this. The girls will not talk to you outside the service is confirmed. I was chatting and emailing with several of them. Every one of them said to communicate with them on the site. Its a money drain. Within 30 minutes my so called 150 credits were gone. If the girl sends u a photo you spend credits to look at it, meanwhile you are getting bombarded with video chats which costs much more credits to talk to them. STAY AWAY. SCAM SCAM SCAM AND MORE SO SINCE ITS VERIFIED.

Then I realized that at 4AM in Argentina most of my contacts were connected, even one told me that it was getting cold in winter in December, in December it is spring in Argentina!

Es carisimo y no te da acceso a conversar con alguien real si es que existe. No puedes eliminar la suscripción. Montones de mensajes falsos esa verificación no sirve. Lo peor los filtros para edad

Scam. Buy credits to talk to single people- nope. Talked to man (boy) 9 months by buying credits bc of his government official job we had to be careful how we talked. Ha. Site says it confirms members are real and single or they refund you. False. In fact I gave them proof “Martin” aka Bruno Ongaro Faria of Brazil was married to @Bela_Paula and despite provided evidence they denied. >$20,000 later no money was returned. Site is a scam, Bruno Ongaro Faria is a conman who makes money from the website as a fake profile of an eligible bachelor.

Es una estafa, son callcenter localizados en Colombia, llevan a venezolanos a trabajar en callcenter dedicados a crear perfiles falsos que la misma página autoriza y les da permiso de que funcionen sin restricciones. Los empleados que son explotados ya que no ganan un salario mínimo, se les capacita para atender estos perfiles que la página autoriza y da permisos, su labor es que el "cliente" gaste dinero en mensajes y regalos, al momento del cliente quiera un encuentro lo aceptarán pero a largo plazo para que el cliente siga gastando, cuando llegue el día darán una disculpa y seguirán alargando la estafa.

I joined a month ago and thought I had found my soul-mate. Once I suggested to start communicating outside the site he stated he could not for security reasons. So I tried with a few others. They all said the same. Stay on the site, they said so we can keep getting each other better. Meantime, money down the drain. They want you to stay and spend your money but nothing happens. i asked 5 guys to communicate outside the website and they all told me they could not for security reasons. This is a big scam.

Fraud is putting it mildly
I have spent way too much money on this site thinking the next woman was real… please don’t waste your money…
It’s amazing that at least someone form amolatina replies to comments here but won’t answer emails or “live” chats… I called in a couple of times, believe I got the same “person” and they always have the same script, you have to wait for reply email, the girls are better by third party we have no control over anything… it’s truly disturbing and amazing. There was one “woman” who agreed after 4 months to exchange contact information. Being down the US, you had to fill out form and send in to this site… they reportedly say it takes up to 14 days, I am going on 4 weeks with no response at all…
You click on some women’s profile pictures and a man’s photo will show up. A month or so ago; a few ladies that I and a friend kept track of and spoke to within the past couple of years all of a sudden changed their names, same day, like 30 women… I did some searching alone with a friend of mine who was also using the site and we found many of the women’s photos on instagram and TikTok. All said they were “models”. So I am guessing that they getting paid for their photos… also, the profiles found on instagram, etc, have same exact photos, and most all of them had family photos, clearly married or involved with a partner. there has been only one woman over aged 25 that went on video call with me… EVERY other woman stated their camera was broken or they didn’t know how to use, one even said I don’t feel comfortable…
Please for the love of all, stay away. I have many more examples of the fraud and deception. I always tried to contact the site but to no avail. Maybe with this review they might reply here as well but again I am sure my regular emails and chats will go unanswered. Please don’t waste time or money here… I really had hopes that this site would be decent given the expense, thought maybe they would be little better. But also having many affiliated sites that the women are automatically signed up for as well, the woman never remember you… you stop talking to any woman for a few days and then go back start chatting they do not remember anything you discussed. Almost like they are in a call center just replacing a person every shift as some women never log off website… it’s truly amazing and disgusting what they are doing at that site.
Reply to your prepared dribble of a statement… as I have noted, I have contacted customer service many times, I am going on 4 WEEKS of not hearing anything back so don’t tell me to write to customer service when you don’t reply. I am going on a second week of not getting a reply from the “Live chat”! Lol
I had to write a review to get ANY reply from you in the 2 years off and on I was on the site. Way too much money wasted on your FRAUD.
I tried notifying you about duplicate accounts, etc, but again NOTHING was rectified and certainly no credits or money was refunded… so keep you’re empty promises to yourself…

• The Member ID of the user you're reporting
• The section number from the anti-scam policy that this member breached
• Date of when the breach happened
• If the breach happened on the site: specify which service you were using
• If the breach happened offsite: provide supportive material where the information can be located (ex: Social media Link, photos, etc)
We take reports of fraud and deception seriously and are committed to addressing them promptly. Please also note that If the accused member is proven to have committed wrongdoings against the Anti-scam policy, you will surely be refunded with all the credits incurred in communicating with him, given that he has a confirmed account (with blue badge).

Si bien entendemos su escepticismo, le aseguramos que la mayoría de nuestros miembros están verificados y participan activamente en nuestra comunidad.
La plataforma existe para conectar a los miembros y, eventualmente, convertirlos en excelentes coincidencias, por lo que animamos a los miembros a publicar, en la medida de lo posible, fotos presentables. De hecho, algunos miembros asisten a sesiones de fotos profesionales, por lo que no es extraño ver fotos hermosas. Sin embargo, si algunas interacciones le parecen sospechosas, puede consultar la política antiestafa e informarnos mediante el botón "Informar" en la ventana de chat.
