Can't fault these guys products are great service great 10 10

This online store exceeded my expectations, delivery time 8.5/10 (approx. ~5 work days), communication 9/10 (only whatsapp so 9 out of 10), product quality 10/10, great job, excellent work👍 total 9.2/10.

I ll wait 2 minth my order. Made +30 calls, letter's. Zerooooo atention. Was ordered 9.12.2025... now 11.02.2026 still i dont have my orders.
Update: delivery complited.

Every word on their website is a lie. 1-2 days delivery is minimum 2 weeks. Customer support - there is no such thing

They will make every attempt to steal and stall.

Ordered an item from them that was listed in stock and promised to ship in two business days. I needed the item fast, so the only reason I ordered was because of the declared fast delivery time. Five days had passed and I hadn't even received a notification that the item was shipped, so I decided to call the shop, however there was no answer. I started searching and noticed the company doesn't list any bussiness or company details anywhere on the website. Then I read the reviews and found many similar stories, that people had paid for the item and nothing was shipped, money wasn't returned and the shop wasn't responding. I then called Paysera, which processes payments for them and told them about my case, they promised to reach out to the owner. After that phone call, the owner magically appeared and started responding. I asked for a refund immediately and after very disappointing and demeaning communication was issued the refund. I don't know if anyone has every truly received any shipments from them but this has all the ingredients of a scam business. If you have any similar experience, contact Paysera immediately.

Writing only because saw bad rating of this shop. I never had any problems and they helped me with all questions of how to use ventilation system and other things so I can tell had only good experience.

SCAM. I placed an order and have not received the item. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Panašu kad tai sukčių puslapis, nupirkus daugiau prekių, išskaido siuntimą ir nepristato visų prekių. Neįmanoma susisiekti, nėra jokios komunikacijos. Atsargiai amnesia.lt sukčiai!!!

I recently made a purchase from this website amnesia.lt. The package arrived in two separate deliveries, I was informed about it in advance, so everything went smoothly.

Esu patenkinta tiek greitu pristatymu, tiek prekių kokybe. Komentarą rašau, nes matau neigiamų atsiliepimų apie šią sveitainę. Kiek pateikiau užsakymų, nesusidūriau su jokiomis problemomis. Jeigu reikia pakonsultuoja, rekomenduoja prekes pagal poreikius. Perku pas juos ne pirmą kartą ir tikrai dar pirksiu. :)

Scammers. We have not received the goods we ordered and paid for. Completely unresponsive to calls and emails.
Definitely do not contact this company under any circumstances. Complete parasites.

Company sent packages out fast but i was a bit bad customer rushing everything. But in the end very good service, all product was as advertised.

I recently placed an order for a Spider Farmer grow tent from Amnesia.lt, and the experience has been a nightmare. Despite being charged for the item, I never received any order confirmation or receipt. It’s been over a month, and the product has yet to arrive.

What’s worse, the seller is completely unresponsive. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via email and phone, but there has been no reply. The website also provides no company information, which raises serious concerns about their legitimacy.Amnesia.lt appears to be operating illegally by taking payments without delivering products or providing any customer support. This is unacceptable, and I’m now considering legal action to recover my money.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this website. It’s not worth the risk!

Ma tellisin hiljuti Spider Farmeri kasvutelgi veebilehelt Amnesia.lt, ja see kogemus on olnud täielik õudusunenägu. Kuigi toote eest võeti raha, ei saanud ma mingit tellimuse kinnitust ega arvet. On möödunud üle kuu aja, kuid toodet pole siiani kohale jõudnud.

Mis veelgi hullem, müüja ei reageeri üldse. Olen proovinud mitu korda ühendust võtta e-posti ja telefoni teel, kuid vastust pole tulnud. Veebileht ei paku ka mingit teavet ettevõtte kohta, mis tekitab tõsiseid kahtlusi nende legitiimsuse osas. Amnesia.lt näib tegutsevat ebaseaduslikult, võttes vastu makseid ilma tooteid tarnimata või kliendituge pakkumata. See on täiesti vastuvõetamatu ja kaalun nüüd õiguslikke samme oma raha tagasi saamiseks.

Uuendus: Veebisaidil väidab ta, et tema nimi on Artūras Lukauskas ja Individuaalse tegevustunnistuse number on 1035594. Olen uurinud ametlikku Leedu juriidiliste isikute andmebaasi (registrucentras), kuid ei leidnud mingit teavet.

Neseniai užsakiau Spider Farmer augimo palapinę iš Amnesia.lt, ir ši patirtis buvo tikras košmaras. Nors už prekę buvo imamas mokestis, niekada nesulaukiau jokio užsakymo patvirtinimo ar kvito. Praėjo daugiau nei mėnuo, o produktas dar nesulaukėme.

Kas dar blogiau, pardavėjas visiškai nereaguoja. Bandžiau susisiekti kelis kartus el. paštu ir telefonu, tačiau atsakymo negavau. Svetainė taip pat nesuteikia jokios įmonės informacijos, kas kelia rimtų abejonių dėl jų teisėtumo. Atrodo, kad Amnesia.lt veikia neteisėtai, priimdama mokėjimus, tačiau neteikdama prekių ar klientų aptarnavimo. Tai yra visiškai nepriimtina, ir dabar svarstau teisines priemones savo pinigams atgauti.

Pasidarykite paslaugą ir venkite šios svetainės. Tai nevertas rizikos!

Nesen es pasūtīju Spider Farmer audzēšanas telti no Amnesia.lt, un šī pieredze bija pilnīgs murgs. Neskatoties uz to, ka tika iekasēta maksa par preci, es nekad nesaņēmu pasūtījuma apstiprinājumu vai kvīti. Ir pagājis vairāk nekā mēnesis, un produkts vēl nav saņemts.

Vēl sliktāk, pārdevējs pilnībā nereģistrējas. Esmu mēģinājis sazināties vairākas reizes pa e-pastu un telefonu, bet atbildes nav bijis. Mājaslapa arī nesniedz nekādu uzņēmuma informāciju, kas rada nopietnas šaubas par viņu likumību. Izskatās, ka Amnesia.lt darbojas nelikumīgi, pieņemot maksājumus, bet nenodrošinot preces vai klientu atbalstu. Tas ir pilnīgi nepieņemami, un tagad es apsveru juridiskas darbības, lai atgūtu savu naudu.

Izpildiet sev labu darījumu un izvairieties no šīs mājaslapas. Tā nav vērts riska!
