I felt that the selection was amazing. It's nice to be able to go to one store for all that you need as far as firearms are concerned. But I do think that even though I was able to find my things I wanted. It took some time. So maybe listing them in a different way.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order and waited almost a week for a shipment to arrive and when I inquired, it wasn't even shipped so I canceled the order. The Customer service person said they would cancel it but they created a shipping label immediately and shipped it when I told them I didn't need it any longer because they delayed shipping it. Now I am looking for return labels to send back and nobody responds. I notified my credit card and disputed the charges. They are terrible. Don't order from them.

This is my second purchase from Ammo City Supply. I recently purchased the newest U.S. made Global Ordnance magazines for my Stribog SP9A3. I was having some reliability issues in feeding 9mm hollow point ammunition until I tried these magazines. These magazines cleared up the problem. The order was delivered timely and Ammo City Supply's pricing was the best I could find for this product.

No order confirmation at point of sale, no shipping provided. So the only way you know the order went through is the money comes out of your bank.I emailed to ask if tracking would be sent once or shipped me. No answer. Then I received the $15 item but not the $150 one. No explanation. Later that day they answered my email a few days ago with the tracking for the $15 piece. Replied to let them know I only got a partial order. Several days later I get a reply that the ammo is on backorder and asked if I want to wait or get a refund. I replied by asking if they have an estimate of when they might get it in stock. No answer again. I email and say I guess I'll just ask for a refund, and then a couple of days later they answer that they don't know when the ammo will be in stock, but didn't address the now 2 times I've asked for a refund. Multiple reddit threads show this is their business model: Get your money, say the item is on backorder, flake out and never refund you

You represented and took my money on an item you didn’t have in stock

It’s been a frustrating experience dealing with ACS. Your inventory control was incorrect and the product I ordered was out of stock. I was informed on the 13th that my refund would be returned within 7 business days. As of the 26th, I still have not received my refund.

Love the discounts that ACS has. One of my go to sites for gun parts. You’ll always find what you’re looking for at a great price. Bonus points on fast shipping too!

Ordered item the website indicated was in stock. Almost 5 days later, after no news about my order, I sent an email. The reply verified my suspicions… item not in stock. Very disappointed and awaiting a refund. This was a first, but I expected more from my past experience.
