I am extremely disappointed with the lack of proper academic guidance and resolution support. Despite multiple follow-ups over a long period, I was never clearly informed about the specific subjects required for re-examination. This led to unnecessary exam attempts, resulting in loss of time, effort, and money.

After years of delay, a new condition regarding “continuation period” is now being cited, which was never communicated earlier at any stage.

Due to non-issuance of my degree certificate, I have also faced serious professional setbacks, including loss of employment opportunities.

I strongly urge the institution to improve transparency, student guidance, and accountability in handling such critical academic matters.

I am writing this to formally rate University Online for a severe deficiency in service, misleading communication, and ongoing harassment regarding the non-delivery of my academic study materials for my 4th Semester.
Despite paying my tuition and fees in full at the start way back 2024 , and successfully completing my 3rd Semester on January 31, 2026, I have still not received the required study materials, which has significantly impacted my academic progression.
I have always received books with a delay of 2-3 months, even after so many feedbacks.
I have raised multiple support tickets with the university (Ticket IDs: 2581091, 2540480, and 2582290). Despite these continuous follow-ups, the university’s support team +91 8826334455) has only provided automated responses and false updates. The telephone number is chatbot.

Amity Online course should be close immediate, because staff is not receiving any call and not replying.

Review from a real student who finished the BCA program (3 years). This is nothing close to a “university” — just a scam company.

I completed the BCA program and can confirm there is no support at all. They contact you only when it’s time to pay.

Support tickets are closed with canned messages without resolving anything. If you try to find someone responsible at this fake university, you’ll see everything revolves around about four people and their phone numbers. Support is handled by them as well, so if they ignore you, nobody will help.

After completing 3 years and paying for everything — exams, final project, and degree dispatch — I still have not received my degree certificate. I started raising concerns and found there is no connection to any real university. Support appears to be just four people who ignore messages on WhatsApp and do not answer phone calls.

I never imagined this kind of scam could still operate on an international level. Neither Amity University nor the Ministry of Education seems to take action against this company.

The biggest issue is that after studying for 3 years and paying a lot of money, I still did not receive my degree certificate.

Be aware of this scam company. Don’t lose your money or your time.

No one is picking up my call on student support contact +91 8826334455 nor responding to my emails. I have been trying to reach out to someone to guide and clarify my doubts regarding the final year BBA project but received no support and now they have even stopped responding to my calls and emails. Tell me what can an online learner do anything more but feel helpless.

Although the learning system and everything else is really good but guiding a student (like planning at least one live session for students or responding to queries) for an important thing like "major project" is the least an acclaimed university can do.

Very pathetic university, these people continously give calls for course admission. They even do not update their data after so many calls.
Do not ever get admission in their university. They seems fraud. why giving calls again and again even after saying not interested so many times.

Never ever go with that school. Pure scam ! Motivating people to pay, then they disappear. The representatives are texting you on WhatsApp, calling you, with fake Information.

Why am I still receiving no clear answer? I paid $870 because your representative clearly told me that:
• I was admitted
• My documents were validated and accepted

Only after taking my money did your team start adding new requirements step by step and you guys disappeared. This is unacceptable.I have sent multiple emails. I have waited. I have been patient. I enrolled for a masters program at this so called “reputed institute” and I received were lies and Im losing my money. I only approached this university because their programs served my interests- it was online and learning was flexible and the degree was supposedly legit. However, the repeated follow up calls from their end every 60 mins was harrowing and frankly very annoying. But I still decided to go ahead with my application and these people forced me to pay the fees and get my EMI process set up. I still remember telling them to give me atleast some time to think about it because even 5-7k EMI per month is a big amount. But they didnt give me time and told me if I dont get the EMI set up now then I wont get a spot because seats are filling fast (also a lie). So I got it all done, then after this was done, RADIO SILENCE. I asked them when will the session begin and when will I received my books, nothing. No response. Its almost as if they disappeared. No follow up calls every 60 mins. But one fine days after about 4-5 days i get an email saying I domt qualify for their scholarship and so I have to pay the full amount now. I contacted my useless “counsellor” and told her about this and she is like “oh”. Wtf kinda response is that? Why didnt you tell me I dont qualify for their scholarship scholarship BEFORE you set up my EMI. The whole reason I applied was because of the scholarship. There was clear miscommunication on their end and ofcourse, they wont agree to it because taking accountability for your mistake? Lol what’s that.
Now I have asked them to cancel my admission and cancel my EMIs as well, no response. I called my useless counsellor and she tells me your decision to cancel is sudden. I was like yeah so? Cancel my admission. She now said she will get back to me in 2-3 days and I KNOW FOR A FACT THE SCAMSTERS THESE PEOPLW ARE, THEY WONT GET BACK TO ME.
All their communication and requesting official documents is through whatsapp and not email. The best part? I asked my counsellor to send me everything we discuss or any document she requires from me, I asked her to give me it in writing. She didnt. And today I asked her to send me our communication in writing that she will contact whatever bullshit team of hers that she has to speak to, to process the cancellation of my admission. She straight up got pissed off ONLY because I asked her to communicate this in writing.
I mean, if that isnt a red flag, then what is?
I, in all honesty, advise any and everyone out there to NOT APPLY to Amity University Online. They are a scam, they are fraudsters. You will lose your money and your time.

i regret taking admission in this university.

They will say all those things that are meant for them but when it comes to examination no scribe neither the mother nor any graduated student are allowed to write, will be allotted to kids those who have multiple disability. Not suitable for disabled kids. Worst mentor. Calling student support is fine but no update.

I enrolled in the Amity Online MBA (IT) program and had a very disappointing experience. They charged around ₹20,000 as re-examination fees and added re-assessment and course extension fees without prior clear communication. I only received an exam reminder for the 1st semester — no updates or calls after that. Despite several emails, I never received books for my 2nd and 3rd semesters, and there was no proper follow-up from the support team.

The program feels highly unorganized, and most charges appear as hidden costs after admission. I do not recommend Amity Online for anyone looking for transparent or student-friendly online education.

Once they get your payment, there is no feedback or support at all. I already did full payment and for 6 months now I have no access to the online class nor did they proceed with a refund.

Worst experience ever! Never join. They are only money minded. They will finish up all your money by failing you again and again. Never ever join this university. Too much hidden costs. Teachers explains so badly. They give 3months sem preparation time. Books will never deliver on time. Totally a fake organization. All my money wasted!

My experience with Amity was very disappointing. The promises made during admission and orientation were not fulfilled in reality. The management lacked proper communication, and students often had to run from one department to another just to get basic support. Instead of focusing on student growth and learning, I felt that money was given more importance than actual education.

Facilities were not up to the standard that was advertised, and many services that were supposed to be included were either delayed or missing. The administration was unhelpful whenever concerns were raised, which made the whole experience frustrating.

How they can improve:

Focus more on genuine student support rather than just publicity.

Ensure that the promises made during admission are actually delivered.

Improve transparency in fees and services.

Train staff to handle student concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Though I want to give 0 star but that's not the option. They are looting money and making false promises. They first allure the students on the name of scholarship on full three year course , after taking fees for first sem then they verify the form and tell that you are eligible for scholarship for only first sem. Later when we apply to withdrawal and ask for refund they don't even reply that yes refund is processed for more than 35 days. It's so difficult to contact them at their given numbers.

At the beginning, I thought they truly cared about students — but now I realize they only care until you register and make the payment. After that, there is no real support.

I studied BBA for just two weeks and submitted a request on August 1st to change my program to BCA. They replied positively and said the request was being processed, but until now — almost one and a half months later — nothing has changed. I kept following up on daily basis , but all I received were empty assurances and delays without any progress.
Because of this, my studies have been delayed, I have suffered a lot of stress, and I have completely lost hope in them and now try to looking for other valued university that respect the students.
I strongly advise others not to join Amity University Online,If they cannot handle such a simple request and treat students properly, then they do not deserve your trust.
