Absolute nightmare. This site is shocking. I disliked it because of the £2.50 charge every time I withdrew. But even worse is that I have closed the account TWICE but it is still open. They still keep sending bonus offers that I have specifically told them not to do. Also I can still login . I asked yet again to close the account and confirm that it is definitely closed. They confirmed it is closed. Next day yet again another bonus offer, so again it allowed me to login.
What a bunch of idiots. What are they playing at. How can I close this sham of an account, does anyone have any ideas please? I would not give even one star if I had a way of not having to do so.

This site is a scam site do not spend anything on this site. They hide behind terms and conditions however I stuck to all of them including only be able to withdraw 150% of what you deposit. Their verification checks were an absolute joke the amount of documents they wanted including payslips from employer and pictures of me holding documents. Then once ‘passed’ all these checks and waited 1 month and 4 days and still no withdrawal. I would like to state this very clearly to those who gamble. Do not ever ever ever use this site slotamigo.com . They are not legitimate and clearly using games without a license. I and going to take full legal action against them for fraud as they have my documents and refuse to pay me my money won on lightning storm which is an evolution game . I deposited £40 and hit a fireball 2000x and won £400 . I then put in for my withdrawal and sent over my documents and they are saying they can only pay out £100 which is 250% of my deposit. They don’t have a customer service loan me and only have a person who claims to be called Emily and use transaction to read messages. I have seen the comments from others the only difference is I will actually take legal action against who is finding and running this site until it’s shut down .
