Unter gar keinen Umständen bei AmigoAutos buchen!!!!
Wir zwei Frauen haben über Check 24 ein Seat Leon mit Versicherung und Navigation beim Flughafen Malaga gebucht. Bei der Abholung wollten sie uns eine teure Versicherung aufschwatzen. Navigation sei nicht gebucht und bezahlt. Also Auto ohne Navi erhalten. Haben rund ums Auto alle sichtbaren Schäden photografiert. Tank war nur 3/4 gefüllt.
Bei der Rückgabe wurde ein photografierter Schaden als neu betrachtet. Auf meiner Kreditkarte sind nun 660 EURO belastet.
Obwohl wir diesen Schaden unter keinen Umständen verursacht haben und dies auch mit Photos beweisen können.
Absoluter Betrug ist das. Auf gar keinen Fall bei AmigoAutos buchen.

VORSICHT BETRUG
Über Check 24 Fiat 500 gebucht. Obwohl diese Kategorie sichtbar auf dem Parkplatz stand (zu dem man übrigens erst mit einem Shuttel gefahren wird, der Vermieter ist NICHT im Terminal. Das hat in meinem Fall insgesamt 2 Stunden gedauert!) wollte man mir einen Pajero andrehen. Nach langem hin und her bekam ich dann einen Fiat 500. Ich habe den Wagen akribisch untersucht, totzdem einen Schaden nicht gefunden, der mir jetzt mit 260€ in Rechnung gestellt wird. DAS IST BETRUG!

Fühle mich von der Autovermietung betrogen
Fühle mich von der Autovermietung AmigoAutos betrogen. Hatte im Netz gebucht zum Preis von 85 €. Beim Abholen wurde mit gesagt, dass ich 49 € als Kaution dafür hinterlegen müsste, falls eventuell der Tank beim zurückbringen nicht voll sein sollte. Die 49 € wurde also von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Jetzt zwei Monate und einen Anruf später - wird mir mitgeteilt, dass diese 49 € irgendeine merkwürdige Gebühr sein sollen, von der ich noch nie gehört hab. Abzocke.
Bei dieser Autovermietung würde niiieeee wieder buchen, Vorsicht!!!!

Anfang Januar 2018 zwei Leihwagen für den Urlaub im Juni gebucht und nun (im März) die Absage ohne Begründung erhalten. Auch auf schriftliche Nachfrage keine Begründung erhalten, warum die Buchung nicht umgesetzt werden kann.
Nun sollen wir noch unsere Bankverbindung übermitteln, da es nicht auf die Kredikarte zurückgebucht werden kann.

Guter Service, wenn auch nicht immer ganz übersichtlich
Auch trotz der etwas unübersichtlichen Website war der Service gut. Die Autovermittlung klappte auch vor Ort völlig reibungslos. Einziger Wehmutstropfen: Anders als erwartet musste vor Ort beim Vermieter noch eine Einweggebühr entrichtet werden, sodass der Preis des Autos durchaus noch beträchtlich stieg!

As for the one way rental, it is usually always paid at the destination. It's a service that the supplier charges as they have to take the car back to the office. We do mention this on the last page of the rental under "Other important information"

Selektion vom Auto kann noch optimiert werden, sonst einfach und schnell
Selektion sollte noch optimiert werden: Wenn man AUTOMATIK selektiert, muss man trotzdem alle Autos anschauen, bis man das Modell mit Automatik findet. Man kann kein Navi selektieren, was heute schon zum Standard gehören könnte. Sonst ist alles einfach und schnell.

Mercedes reserviert und Renault bekommen ( von Vermieter HERTZ )
Amigo Autos ist ein VERMITTLER der selber keine Fahrzeuge vermietet.
Wir haben einen Mercedes CLA und einen BMW Serie 2 beim Vermieter HERTZ auf Mallorca reserviert. Bekommen haben wir einen Renault und einen Citroën. Der Renault hatte bereits an allen Ecken und Kanten Dellen und Kratzer.
Das ist NICHT was man sich bei einer Vermietung in dieser Kategorie und den Preis von 450 Euro für 4 Tage "PRO" Fahrzeug wünscht. Daher ist HERTZ NICHT zu empfehlen! !!!
