I ordered a body wash from America through them and it arrived very quickly and the product was as described. This is truly a gem.

Great website
Was so excited when i came across this website stocking things i couldn't get in the UK, will be back. Shipping stated there was delays with dispatch due to being a busy period however it was dispatched quicker than stated and arrived super quick!

Bought the 3D crest toothpaste 3 pack
Bought the 3D crest toothpaste 3 pack, excellent, great price and a genuine product unlike this same item on a very popular site and they charge a lot more ,delivery was quick,packaged well, and customer service was top rated answered my question almost immediately, very impressed and will definitely use again.

Wouldn’t really recommend
Have placed two orders with this company. The first time, an item was out of stock and the second time I received an item with a very short use by date on. They said I could return it but then it would cost me not much less than the item cost to return it. Both times, despatch time has been very slow. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be using again.

I can only apologise for the out of stock item that you ordered.
For reference the item that was ordered was a blue cheese sauce, which when purchased in the US doesn’t come with a long date, once we factor in time it takes to ship the item to us that then also takes off a couple weeks. As the item was still in date when purchased with a month left on the item, we offered the item to be returned back to us for a refund - you never responded back to our email to state you wasn’t happy with our response.
Our dispatch time is 5 working days unless otherwise stated, this is clearly advised on our website. Your first order was placed on the 3rd October, dispatched on the 5th and received on the 7th. Your second order was placed 22nd December, we shut down over the Christmas period. Your selected method of postage said your order would be dispatched on the 2nd January, which it was and was then delivered on the 5th January.
Customer Service is class!
Customer Service is class.
They helped answer my queries and provided me with alternatives to find what I was looking for. I'll be buying from here again soon.

I love buying the Tree Hut Scrubs …
I love buying the Tree Hut Scrubs from this site as it is quick and cheap. I was a bit worried at first if it wasn’t true, but it has been amazing !!! My deliveries are quick and I am so happy I have found this site !!!!

Bad customer service experience + long wait for delivery
As a lover of bath and body works, I could have been a repeat customer here but instead I’ll be going to Next from now on. It took 12 days to receive my order having paid £5 for delivery. I’ve actually received orders from the US in less time! My order was marked as dispatched early on the 12th October, having ordered on the 7th, yet not scanned by Royal Mail until the 18th October. Royal Mail did well to deliver on the 19th. After I did enquire about the delivery and how long it was taking, the tone in their reply felt like I had inconvenienced them by having the audacity to ask where my order was after over a week and 3 days since dispatch with no tracking movement at all. Not even scanned by Royal Mail as received! In their email, they said they had dispatched it on the 14th, which when I got the dispatch email on the 12th and not scanned until the 18th I’m unsure what to believe. When I replied to them, just explaining my position of checking and the date I received the dispatch email, they had an auto reply now added that they would not be responding to enquiries about order status until a week after dispatch email. It feels like quite a passive aggressive response to a genuine enquiry from a customer. It has put me off ordering from them again.

I’m sorry to hear your experience isn’t what you’d hoped it to be.
Unfortunately your order was placed at a time when Royal Mail was striking and as a business we was experiencing a lot of delays. We do state on our website that orders take 5 working days to dispatch. Once we have dispatched them to Royal Mail we then have to await them having their first scan within the Royal Mail systems. We take onboard your feedback that the response you had come across as abrupt, the reason we say to allow 7 days for Royal Mail to deliver is we as business aren’t able to chase or get anymore information from Royal Mail until this time.
We would love to welcome you back as a customer and would be happy to offer you 10% off your next order if you wish to place another one with us.

I was a little apprehensive ordering from the website as I couldn’t find any online reviews, but having discovered their shop on eBay “America Sweets and Treats In The UK” and all the positive reviews I decided to place an order through their website...
And I’m so happy I did! The items I received are exactly what’s advertised.
My only gripe is shipping is not free and it takes a few days for the order to arrive. I placed my order on Sunday, it was dispatched on Thursday and delivered on Saturday, but the website does state clearly “our current turnaround time is 5 working days”.
I 100% recommend the seller and would definitely order from their website again.

We try to keep the costs of our products down overall and allow people to select there own postage, rather than make our products more expensive to accommodate this.
