We paid total of $8140 to this company to purchase products for reselling on Amazon and before they received the full amount, they were replying the emails or whatsapp messages in no time , but as soon as they received the full payment, they disappeared! no reply, no communication! so it is fraud and be aware! do not believe any of their promises. We have already started a legal claim in Florida county courts against them

As of April 2, 2026, my small business is still waiting for $5,795.40 to be returned by American General Distributors. My company sent the funds by wire in October 2025. The company later stated that it could not fulfill my request and agreed to issue a refund, but the money was not returned.

The company’s published refund policy states that approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. That did not happen here. Despite repeated follow-up efforts, this matter remains unresolved and my small business has still not been repaid.

My company, Shanti Roze Fashion and Design, sent American General Distributors wire payments totaling $5,795.40 in October 2025. The company later agreed to refund the money, but the funds were never returned.

Please Please Please save yourself and do not purchase from this scam company. This company is a complete SCAM! To start, they have a nice website and respond promptly before you have spend any money but don't be fooled like I was. They promise LOA and source documentation but they do not have it. I made a purchase and they never delivered the products and claimed that they were having trouble with UPS. I made purchases in October and have been trying to sort it out since. I even got my Amazon Account DEACTIVATED because of them. They even went as far as to send me pictures of my shipment that I am sure now were not real. After they did not deliver, they stopped replying to emails and changed their phone number and WhatsApp number (twice in the past 2 months). They also changed their Acronym on here (Trustpilot from AGD to AEED). I have emailed them to return my funds or deliver the product to me and they have not responded. Please stop these ruthless scammers and do not purchase anything from them!

It’s a complete scam!
They took $1,240 via ACH and never sent any items or returned the money. They pretend to be big distributors, but it’s all fake. If you check their location on Google Maps, there’s no warehouse at all, and when you try to call customer service, no one ever answers. Please be aware — this is a scam!

Our very, very real experience:-

1. They did not give a copy of their W-9 to verify that they aren't scammers
2. They did not allow us to go to their main office (Florida) to make a purchase to make sure they aren't scammers
3. They did not allow us to pay through a credit card
4. They did not allow us to pay through PayPal Goods and Services
5. They did not allow us to go to their warehouse to inspect and pick our order up (NY)

They will only accept ACH or Wire transfer through your bank as a first time customer. Remember, it is NEAR impossible to dispute an ACH and/or Wire transfer. Before making any payments of any sort, please, please, please do your due diligence and speak with your financial institution(s) to see what kind of protection you have if something goes wrong. Also, we tried to buy Pokemon products from them.

We'd advise you to run the opposite direction or to be 1000% careful. Please make sure you vet them in your own way before making any payments or transfers or wires.

Scam company, they said they were an authorized distributor for a brand. I called the manufacturer and upon checking they were not there. They lied about being an authorized distributor, they would not provide me with a business w-9 form. huge RED FLAG
