UPDATED: Received a full refund when I raised a dispute with my bank and trading standards are taking my case forward.
Would give 0 stars if I could! Like everyone else, I made an order with them that didn't arrive and they never responded to emails.
I've reported them to trading standards and have processed a charge back request with my bank, hopefully I'll get my £60 back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Echoing all the other reviews I've seen here.
Made an order, waited a week and had heard nothing, emailed them and got an automated response, waited another week emailed again and same automated response. Repeat ad infinitum. Seem like a straight up scam honestly. Thank goodness for credit card chargebacks.

As others have said in other reviews, DO NOT ORDER FROM THID COMPANY. I didn’t see these reviews unfortunately before I ordered and now I’m 25£ down and nothing… emailed them and got the automatic response they seem to send to everyone making up an excuse. I tried emailing again and the same email suddenly isn’t accepting my email…strange. Yes I want a refund as I’ve given up holding out on my order I made on 22/09/2025, it’s now 11/11 & they didn’t even think to offer me a refund… shameful, they just scam people. If anyone knows how I go about getting my refund then that would be good as I have no idea…

The company has horrible customer service — they don’t provide any updates, and their email barely works. It’s impossible to speak to anyone. I placed an order months ago and still haven’t received a response. They took my money, and it’s very unlikely I’ll be able to get it back. Stay away — all these reviews are true. This company is not to be trusted.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs. Paid for 48 hour delivery, order arrived 5 days later and then when it did arrive half the order was missing. I have tried to call the company multiple times, and have sent many emails to address these issues but still have had no response. Absolute joke of a company and by the sounds of other reviews just ripping people off

Absolute scam. They take your money, don’t send you anything, and don’t have a useable email address to contact them. Surely they should be sued or taken to task by the ombudsman.

Took my money, paid for 48hr tracked shipping and have received nothing. Their email does not work and now their site is down. Absolute p take!

STORE took my money for two orders and never received my orders supposed to be 48hr delivery didn't reply to my messages just ignored had to go though my bank to get my money back

Absolute disgrace of a company! I should have realised by the too good to be true offer! But took my money gladly a month ago and when I email, just receive a generalised email saying they’ve sent a heap of orders and be patient!! They should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves! 😡

I placed two orders in August, since then I’ve not received any delivery, response to any emails, messages on messenger and the phone number is not available. So disappointed as I was excited to try the products, but have not had any updates on the delivery and am at significant financial loss

Never received the items and unable to contact them keep sending same answer as awaiting dispatch 6 weeks later still no items. Totally avoid

Taken the money and not delivered the goods - been over 4 weeks. Emailed them and just got a standard we are busy with orders fob off email and will send soon but nothing. Shower of shits. Company web site is strangely being updated. Avoid using!!!!!

I placed an order on the 23rd September, it’s now the 28th October and there are no signs of it being dispatched. It had the Royal Mail 48hr shipping too.
All my emails get an automated response telling me to be patient. I’ve requested updates and refunds and get nothing back.
I’m now going to take this further to get my money back since they are not responding.
Their website is now conveniently down but if it does reappear, I would avoid them.

I placed my order back in September for £35. I havent received my order.
I keep getting an automated reply to my emails asking for a refund.
I dont care how busy you are, it doesnt take this long to send an order.
Obviously a scam!
Reported to my bank for fraud.

SCAM - have emailed them 3 times and each time is an automatic reply is received saying "please be patient we have a backlog of orders". I emailed asking for a refund as my order was confirmed 3 weeks ago and not shipped - I received the same automatic reply again. Now their website is down.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

You have been warned. Paid for my order on 20th September 2025 with 48 hour shipping. It is now the 27th October 2025, no goods received, no reply to my emails, now their website is offline.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with.
