I had no problems with my first 2 orders but the most recent one, I had an item missing. I got no response to my emails or messages and so I will be buying elsewhere!

Was sent items as ordered, but when they arrived I could instantly tell that they were open, crisps were stale and inedible, tried to email and didn't get a response, then I even tried paypal but it seems I got an automated response as I didn't think to take a picture of the packaging - still no reponse from the company about 4 weeks later, won't be using again as there are lots of other places that do this exact same thing with much better customer service.

Ordered the 1kg pink pick and mix sweets for a hen party with the expectation that there would be ‘love hearts’ packets in there as this was shown in the picture but instead the majority of the sweets were white chocolate skulls and other different sweets to what were shown! Also, the best before date on the pack was 03/2024 and I ordered them at the end of July 2024! Disappointed!!

Horrible company. Do NOT use. Ripped me off by not sending my complete order. They do not answer phone calls or reply to emails.

From ordering to delivery everything went as smooth as it could, i couldnt be happier with what i recieved and would consider american candy stores very good value for money 😎
