The gentleman that came was very respectful. I will say that we received a notice of when we were scheduled for a visit. Unfortunately, we were unprepared as the gentleman was sent for a different day and time. This does happen often. We also because of the type of business request a call when company comes in the morning as funerals are scheduled.

We have been customers for 10 years. Moved 3.years ago and ‘inherited’ another alarm co. Nothing but problems. American came in and upgraded our system. Works perfectly. We have added a few more sensors as we remodeled and they have been quick to respond and do great work
