I have emailed this company 3 times now to ask how to return the items that I bought from the due to the cheap material.
I have had no replies from them so I will be contacting my bank, Trading standards and putting on social media sites about their poor customer service to warn other people to stay clear of them.
Absolutely terrible company.

Horrible customer service I ordered a boot and it came to a wrong boot. I emailed them maybe 10 times they never responded me. They ignored all my emails horrible customer service. I would not recommend anybody to order from this website. It’s a scam.

I ordered some boots which arrived nothing like picture and also the wrong size. I ordered 6.5 and received a size 38. Oh and this stuff is coming from China not the UK. Sent over 20 emails and never got a response. Hoping my CC company will help me retrieve my money back.

I order a dress December 3 or four and I try to contact them because I have a baby shower and I sent 3 to 5 messages by email and nobody answered nobody reply. Nobody come back to the email. That’s really bad customer service. I think this is a scam. I’m gonna call my credit card and cancel it. Do not order from this website.

Ordering boots wich have good sale 104 instead 200 read reviews on her page with pictures but then shoes arrived i was in shock, poor quality, absolutely don't look like in website, or reviews. It's scamer site. Try to return send maybe 20emails, write in Instagram but nobody answered. Don't buy anything from this page it's fake products

Ordered a pair of the knee length boots for £104 in the sale. Thought I had a bargain! Ordered on the 29th November and the item has still not been shipped!

Returns policy is terrible! They will take 30% of the order cost if I return it. They were a Xmas present that I cannot give now as we are in January, haven’t had any response back from them.

DONT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS A JOKE!! Take your money then all of a sudden unreachable, bouncebacks to emails , request a refund ignored . Scam!!

It’s a scam company. Very low quality products and no customer service. If you want to return it they don’t reply anymore.

I couldn’t give minus stars as this wasn’t an option. Please please please DO NOT buy from this company. It’s a SCAM.

The quality of the products are nothing short of appalling and don’t resemble the photograph in anyway shape or form. Delivery is dreadful, waited weeks and weeks to receive a dress that had a faulty zip (did not move) a different coloured belt to the actual dress which I can only describe as a poo like colour and material I have never ever come across before.

Then only to be told that they would only give 70% of my purchase price back if i return it. If i keep it, they’d give me 50% refund and discount off my next purchase. If I had no clothes at all, I’d rather go naked than wear this horrible vile dress. As they are based in China there is no trading standards rules. You have been warned. DO NOT BUY.

I would not buy anything from this company again. I paid £54 for the green and white stripey dress and it is cheap parachute SHEIN type material, it doesn’t have pockets and the quality is very very poor in that stitching looks like it has been done by a child. Absolutely not worth the money.

Very very poor. Returns policy is illegal in the UK so I have taken it up with my credit card provider and trading standards.
Do not touch with a barge pole.

I ordered a dress and paid for express delivery (£9.90 for 3-5 working days). I did not hear anything about it being shipped in this time and so emailed and messaged on instagram with no reply. My dress was finally delivered a week later than expected and is of poor quality. Not worth the £54 I paid and definitely not worth the original price of around £90!!

I ordered a dress at the beginning end of April and realised I had clicked the wrong size. I emailed them asking to cancel the order 24 hours after purchasing and reordering in a bigger size. I didn’t receive a reply from the company despite emailing them a further 3 times. The dress that I originally ordered arrived this morning. I sent another email asking for a return but I doubt I will get a reply from them and will end up having to keep the dress. I also want to cancel the second dress I ordered as I’m not happy at all with the quality of the product and the customer service of this company.

Rules for returns are shocking and communication between the business and customer is non existent.

Ordered 2 dresses. Truly terrible quality, their websites state 30 day money back guarentee however this apears to be false advertising. Currently going through credit card company to claim back money.

I ordered a dress from this website, which when arrived was extremely poor quality despite it being expensive. Turns out they don’t accept refunds for any reason other than a defective item - AVOID at all costs

I ordered something over two weeks ago and haven’t received any further information. I would not use this website again.
