I paid extra for a “custom color”, but the color was way off. I was never offered a solution to fix the problem, so I will have to paint all of the trim (which will be a nightmare) Also, the communication isn’t the best. Sometimes it takes a few days for someone to email back. The lights seem to be made of good quality. Lastly, in the setup instructions, there wasn’t much clarity on how to connect the wires to the control module. I did receive confirmation on how to connect them via email. Still, much cheaper then “JellyFish Lighting” but the customer service could use some work.

No updates when requested for month with zero email response zero phone callas answered and zero text responded to. Had to hire another company to come out and fix our system. This company is a joke. I have had to place 4 different orders now. The lights worked for about a month before issues started happening. I ordered the last 20ft replacement mid May of 2025 and I have texted , E-Mailed, and called Doug at all 3 numbers with zero response as to where or when my order will come in. Oh yes my initial order took around 6 months to come in due to Pirates stealing my light off the ship I was told. So Basically i am out over 6k for this system I can not use because they will not respond.

Can’t get ahold of anybody can’t find the app lights not working properly

Ambient is absolutely amazing. I have been working with Doug and his customer service is amazing. We are an authorized dealer and installer and it could not been easier. We highly recommend Ambient lights to anyone that is interested in installing permanent holiday lighting to customer or you can do a DIY project.

Great product and response time. Very easy to install and very hard to not look professionally done, when finished. Extremely happy with the results.
