Awesome!! Started workin on THE WORST HOT FLASHES every 22 minutes like clockwork 24/7 !! 8 days and NO HOT FLASHES AT ALL !!

I have taken the 90 day tablets as prescribed, did not have a headache, did not have sickness and diarrhoea and the tablets did not work. I have had hot flushes for 26 years and have tried Black Clover, Red Clover, Menopace etc etc nothing works only HRT and I cannot take that. Save your money Ladies, just so fed up with people making money out of someone’s misery!!!

Took it for almost a month. My hot flashes go in cycles - from mild to horrible!! Amberen gave me NO RELIEF at all - just a nasty headache for days after I stopped taking it!! Don't waste your money. 😡

I purchased this item. Took if for 4days. And had the worse side effects. My face felt flushed all the time. Massive headache's. And no Tylenol or ibuprofen would work. No energy what's so ever. Felt like my Eyes where bulging out of my face. I Stopped taking them.

It works for me. Stop taking it and notice the systems and weight gain begin too come back. Recently started back and noticed the hot flashes are moderate, swelling in my ankles has gone down and I am not craving sugar like I was before.

I've only been on this for two days but have been very sick to my stomach since starting. The first day, I took it about an hour before breakfast so attributed it to that. Today, I took the pills with breakfast and I'm sick to my stomach again. Will not continue taking this and will go back to black cohosh for hot flashes.

The first day had side effects of this. Still couldn't sleep with this and felt really weird not myself, headaches, nausea, constipation, and very irritable. Will not be taking this anymore. Not a good product for me maybe some one else.

This caused me to gained a lot of weight. I got to 218 pounds (my record). I am losing weight since I got off this. I rather have hot flashes then being extremely over weight.

I’m 43 years old and am currently in perimenopause. I purchased this product to see if it would help with my hot flashes and night sweats. I have been taking them for 2 weeks, and though the flashes and sweats have decreased, I have been nauseous, with diarrhea, and I’m getting pretty bad headaches. I’m dehydrated due to the vomiting and diarrhea, causing me to feel extremely tired. This product may work well for some women, but it’s not for me.

For the record I have suffered with migraines since the age 13 but with the help of many meds I have been able to completely control them to where they are almost non existent. I have been in perimenipause for 7 years and no one can figure out how to stop my hot flashes. I heard about amberen and decided to give it a try. I have taken the pills for a little over a week and everyday I’ve been noticing headache pain that sits across my forehead and behind my eyes. It’s not a migraine as I know what those feel like. At first I thought it was my eye sight getting worse but then I decided to look at ALL the ingredients in Amberen- to my surprise I saw MSG. WTHeck MSG is a trigger for my migraines alone with aspartame. I said no wonder I have a headache every day. Looked it up to see why they added it to the ingredients and all I found was “it’s 12.5 times less that what is normally added to food.” Still such a disappointment as I was beginning to notice a slight lessening in my hot flashes. I will not however trade having a headache everyday just to have no hot flashes.

Bought this mainly because of bad hot flashes that did not go away. The only thing this pill did for me after taking it daily for 2 months was maintain a LOWER energy overall. Hot flashes still bad. May work for other people but for me it was an absolute waste.

I have been taking Amberen for over 3 months. I bought my pill at Sams club. After the first week of taking Amberen my hot flashes was noticeably better. As I continue to take Amberen my menopause symptoms got better and better. I’m not gaining weight as much any more and my mommy belly is almost gone. I feel like myself again. The only side effects is that after nine months of not having a period my period is regular again, not a bad side effect. I’ll continue taking Amberen indefinitely.

For anyone that lands on this site to see if this product is helpful for all of your menopausal symptoms, I can tell you this. I have been using this product for 3 months. In the first month, I noticed that I was more "lubricated" down there, if you know what I mean. In the second month, my boobs felt fuller (I am a DD, I really don't want fuller boobs), and it appeared that my hot flashes were not a prevalent. I was having hot flashes almost every hour. I am in the third month (I have 5 day supply left). I also feel like I have gained a little bit of weight (I may be retaining fluid). For me (EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT) I don't think the product is worth staying on because the positives do not outweigh the negatives for me. On the box, the company recommends you are on the pills for at least 3 months to see a notable difference. The most positive thing for me was I am not as "dry" as before. I still have hot flashes at night (the worst). If the product could take away all my hot flashes, I may have considered continuing. I am disappointed it did not do it for me.

I started this med a couple weeks ago. I’m SO SICK!! Having heart palpitations and pains, I’m so tired I cannot do anything. Have to sleep almost all day, I have fluid in my hands , legs and feet so bad!! I’m seriously dizzy and week and nauseous. Migraines from hell that Tylenol and ibuprofen cannot fix.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MED!! I have had no hot flashes but all these side effects are insane. I will be going to the ER and be sick all thanksgiving!!

I have used Amberen religiously for over a year, hoping that it may work. Thought my hotflashes were too extreme as I have them for 7 years 24/7, and it would take more time for the product to take effect.
Unfortunately it did not work at all for me....

I Purchased this at Costco. I took it for 3 weeks as directed. I had a headache that would not go away with ibuprofen. It did not help my hot flashes or night sweats. I do not recommend this product

I bought this product because it was highly recommended for hot flashes. It worked but the side effect was worse. Lots of hair loss. Within a month I began to experience bad hair loss. This product is horrible. My rating -10.

I’m 46 years old with pre menopause. I went off my birth control pills and started to feel the symptoms so I got back on them and also purchased Amberen 12 days ago. YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE how low energy, tired, and moody I HAVE BEEN FEELING. I will stop taking this NOW after reading the reviews I know this is not for Me!!

I bought this at Costco. I thought, to give it a try. However, the first day I took it, I recognized that my shoulder back pain became worst! (So painful), I feel nauseous, tired, weak, severe headaches/migraine, and severe constipation. I don't normally take nap in the middle of the day but this meds makes me so tired! I continue taking it for 4 days but, I decided to stopped it. After stopping taking it, I realized, it was this Amberen that makes all this bad symptoms worst!!! Waste of money!!!

Day 1 I got so nauseous I had to lay down for a few hours. I'm calling my Dr. tomorrow to see if he can prescribe something to help me with the flashes, tiredness and mood swings.
