I reached out about two weeks before I made the order about some altering questions. I was unsure about ordering online, if I was going to get what I was looking for my wedding.
Gerda responded quickly with the information and reassurance I needed. When there was a slight delay (busy wedding season), she reached out to me directly with an update.
I got the dress and it was absolutely stunning. On my wedding day, everyone just was in awe of my dress.
I highly recommend them and I would order from them again 😊

Buying a wedding dress online can be a risky move but the dress I bought from Amber Bride (can’t show me in it until after my wedding) is magically the PERFECT size. Also, the fabric has a nice weight to it so that it feels like a special dress without being heavy. The details are fabulous. It is so flattering. Really genuinely happy with it!

Also, I had an issue with the delivery because I was away and I received a very prompt check-in from the team to ensure everything was okay. Excellent customer care all the way.

I ordered my wedding dress through her Etsy store and it just arrived! The ordering and communication was excellent very responsive and updated me frequently. The dress is beautiful, however it is too big in the shoulders area ( where i haven't lost weight) which is disappointing I can't try it on properly straight away.

Spent months trying to find the perfect dress within budget. So glad I stumbled across amberbride. Quick to respond to messages, professional and dress was such high quality. I simply loved my dress, felt way more expensive than what I paid for it. Thank you amberbride for creating such hight quality dresses which are affordable. I ordered one of their wedding dresses from their Etsy shop and I couldn’t be happier. I was able to send my measurements and they made the dress fit me perfectly. I am getting married in October so the big day has not come yet but the people who have seen the dress are blown away! I literally can’t wait to get married in this dress it’s stunning. They did great with communication on shipping, other inquires, and got it to me in a timely manner. And the price was very reasonable for the gown! Highly recommend this vendor!

The dress I ordered arrived in plenty of time for me to have it slightly altered, since I’d lost some weight. I received endless compliments and felt truly beautiful on our wedding day.

I love the Work from AmberBride. My dress was truly my dream dress. I felt beautiful and completely at ease wearing it – and my guests felt the same. I received so many compliments; everyone was in awe of how gorgeous it was.

What really impressed me was the customer service. All of my customization requests were fulfilled without any issues – no flutter sleeves, no long train, and added buttons down the back. When the dress arrived, the only thing I needed to adjust was the strap length. Since the straps tended to slip off my shoulders a bit, I had a local seamstress add a satin ribbon (you can see it in green in the photo), which worked perfectly.

It was a hot summer day, but the dress was still comfortable to wear. The embroidery is absolutely stunning, and the whole look fit perfectly with our midsummer wildflower wedding theme. I would choose this dress again in a heartbeat – over and over again.

AmberBrideStore on Etsy was supposed to have a dress to me by June 2-5. AmberBrideStore waited until June 3 to inform me my wedding dress order was cancelled, didnt even start making the dress, Leaving me less than a month to find a new wedding dress.

Then proceeded to block me and cancel my refund. Fyi.

Update: I have video proof of "sender is blocked by recipient" and the multiple emails I've had with etsy about my refund not going through. I'm STILL blocked. And she even reported this review and tried to get out taking responsibility for this. This is heartbreaking how many issues she's caused. I'd add picture proof if I could.

I ordered my wedding dress from Amberbride and it arrived this week. Delivery was exactly as expected. I am over the moon with the dress and looks just like the photo. Gerda has been amazing and even altered the dress to my height and size. I would order again in a heart beat. Thankyou Gerda x

This dress is absolutely gorgeous and is exactly what I was looking for! It matched exactly what I wanted for my wedding dress and I cannot wait to wear it for that day. It did arrive later than expected but at no fault to the seller. It was also big but that was my fault as I most likely made a mistake with the measurements since I have never had to take my measurements before. The dress is gorgeous and the seller was so helpful with all of my concerns about sizing and how the dress looked. They were amazing!!! So thankful for them!

Quality of material was cheap and the details were fraying as soon as I opened the package. The measurements were not the same as online and the dress is too big for upper body.

I was sceptical ordering of etsy and I really didn't need to be, gerda from amber bride made the process so easy. Delivery was on time and the quality of the dress is insane for the price. I had to get alterations as I keep loosing weight.
