I bought one of the positivity bracelets for a friend with cancer. Her cancer shrunk. Now I know it was really the meds that made her better. But, this bracelet sure didn't hurt! The bracelet is very pretty!
Ordered a bracelet on Jan 13 or 14 and as of Feb 12, I still have not received it. They provided a tracking number which was useless since it only indicates that USPS is waiting to receive the package for shipment. Numerous contacts with them have been made but they were not couteous in their responses. Basically they reminded me of their policy statement that orders could take 2 to 4 weeks....which it had already been 4 weeks and had not yet been sent to the post office. Also referred me to the tracking number which again only indicates the USPS has tge paperwork but still waiting for item. I have requested a refund but they are ignoring that. Most unprofessional company I have ever tried to deal with. Never will order from them and would advise others to take note of m6 experience as well as the other on this site.
Ordered a bracelet back in November and the ad said I would get it by Christmas bot did not receive it until December 28th and it was not what I expected. The colors were vibrant in the ad and it was no where near the photo and made cheaply. Rude customer service and will never order anything from them again.
Order a bracelet back in Nov. and still have not rec'd it, today is Dec. 19. When they write back they are not friendly or reassuring, will never order from them again. Wish I knew about trustpilot before I ordered.
