On December 12. I placed one order with Amazone es.It ended up a complete disaster to receive part of the order.I was home on the 15,16 and 17. of December but received from 3 diffent logistic companys messages that they tried to deliver and dropped the packages at some other location.They never showed up at my house or tried to call.I called Amazon customer support but they where not able to resolve anything.The projekted delivery dates and what the drivers where doing are completly different.On the 17. I called Amazon and told them that I was not home on the 18. and to contact their vendors to not deliver on the 18th. On the 18th I received two calls and regarding deliverys and one told me he would drop it at a store next door and the other did not say anything but reported the package as delivered.On the 19th I picked up one Package next door to find out that a second was delivered there as well.On the 19 th I was home all morning until 12:55 and returned at 14:00 .I received a message 14:28 that a Package was dropped of at again some location but not at my house.No phone call or attempt to ring the door bell at my house.Of the 6 ordered items I have received now 3 after 7 days. Countless messages ,three calls with Amazon "Customer service" .I paid extra for delivery and am asked to get in my car to go to different places in a 15 km radius to collect packages that the drivers did not want to deliver. All items can be bought locally and I will do this in the future since there is no reason to deal with this criminal gang of fraudsters, that charge for delivery and then ask you to do their job for free.

Bad experience. Difficult to contact them, long delivery time, and strange terms

Just started using them this week, my first order, a fridge was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 8 and 8, took a day off, stayed home, no fridge came, customer service could only assist with cancel order. Then today a large speaker should have been delivered, after 12 hours waiting no speaker, instead their system now says it MAYBE will come in 6 days, an absolute joke!

Soy Prime desde hace años, mi experiencia de compra ha empeorado cualitativamente debido sobre todo a la inexistente atención al cliente. Imposible contactarles para recibir la información en el correo de la cuenta de yahoo con la me inscribí, pierdo por ello todas las ofertas prime e información de mis pedidos. Recientemente he visto cobros antiguos en mi cuenta de " amazon music " que jamás yo he contratado ni usado, seguramente debido a sus trampas de " pruebalo gratis 30 días, tampoco gestionan bién los datos que da el vendedor sobre el producto y su precio : compré un ordenador portálil rebajado al 40% y a los dos días estaba sin descuento al mismo precio, productos devueltos por ser falsificaciones, un desastre ... Solo les pido que me contacten y arreglen los problemas con mi cuenta. Demasiado estresada para seguir intentando contactarles.

I have been waiting for a refund for 3 months. That is right, 3 months and still we are ping-ponging the issue between us and I have to spend my energy and time to correct an error that occurs by Amazon.es Amazon was acceptable until last year but unfortunately the return and refund issues take a huge place in there.
