The customer service is nonexistent
The customer service is nonexistent. I never received my order and when I called, they were not able to help me and said someone would call me, no one ever did. I called back again and they said someone would email me, they never did. Then I sent an email asking them to please respond to me and they never did. I do not trust this company and would not suggest them to anyone.

Still Do Not Have My Order
I placed my order July 14, was shipped July 15? I still do not have my order. Called July 28, someone was going to contact me; heard nothing back. Sent an email again August 1. Have not heard anything back, but supposedly my order is to be here August 8. I would prefer to have someone contact me and tell me what is going on, but here we are.
I have ordered from this company in the past without any problem.
