Will rely on Amathus again.
I visited the store in London, however my review is specifically for the wonderful customer service received about an order placed online. I wanted to include a card in my order and I spoke over the phone with very kind and efficient people in the office. I was assisted by Gustavo who genuinely looked after my request. The order was delivered by the guaranteed time (actually even before then !) and I am a very happy customer. Will rely on Amathus again.

I would mark it down but...
I would mark it down but it was partially my fault, I was however assured by head office that the bottles would be in the store for collection on Thursday but the store manager had to work some magic to get them there Friday, fortunately I was still in the city. Loved the Bath store, the knowledgeable manager behind the counter was great, would go back and pick his brains before my next purchases. The music selection in the background was also excellent.

They have a great selection
They have a great selection, some of which are quite unusual. Knowledgeable in the shop and speedy delivery if you order online.
The only thing I would say is that the website is annoying to navigate.

The employees at the store in Kensington were very helpful and cordial. They assisted me in making the order through the website. The bottle was delivered on schedule two days later.

Schweppes Bitter Lemon
I ordered Schweppes Bitter Lemon as advertized {24 x 200ml bottles}.
My parcel arrived promptly & I was pleased initially, but when I opened my package I had been sent "Slimline" which I did not order, was not shown as such on the advert or order confirmation or invoice, did not really want and prefer ordinary bitter lemon to add to my gin.
Oh well, you live and learn, not to be ordered again.

Mistake on online order and wrong beer sent
Their website has a good selection of beers and after browsing online trying to find some Christmas beers I chose to place an order on the Amathus Drinks site. The prices are ok, quite reasonable and I didn't have to wait long for my order to be delivered.
However, 1 of the beers they sent was wrong and after contacting customer services via email to rectify this error the only solution they could offer was to send the beer back myself in the post via Royal Mail and they would provide a returns label to send a replacement. No gesture of goodwill but only an apology given for the inconvenience.
