I have had many treatments with Amanda and I have always been 100% satisfied with the results. Amanda is professional and highly skilled in her work and therefore I have complete confidence in her. I had mint threads last year and could see the difference instantly and continued to see positive results in the months following treatment. Even now people say how good my skin looks so I can’t be happier.

I had a great experience with Amanda. I was a bit reluctant beforehand but all fears were banished within minutes of my initial consultation. The clinic is great and felt far better than being in a salon etc, especially as a male.

I have had various treatments including laser treatment and fillers which have greatly improved both the texture of my skin plus a vast improvement in the overall look of my face, which has greatly increased my confidence.

In addition, I also purchased some products which I've used routinely and week on week I see a great improvement in my skin.

Had my laser done here and omg! The results I have are more than what I was expecting! Skin is so much smoother and younger looking. My treatment was carried out professionally and thoroughly. The clinic itself and treatment room are very clean and tidy and the hot chocolate is amazing too!

I had a very bad experience with Amanda Azzopardi. On 6th January I had a MINT FACIAL thread lift, recommended by Ms Azzopardi for my issue of sagging lower jaw line and cheek areas. She informed me at consultation the cost would be £2000 and then increased the final cost to £2500 upon completion without explanation.
I complained after 10 days as there was no lift and she suggested I have dermal fillers and said the lift would take a month or so.I paid a further £500 for a set of dermal fillers and 2 weeks later complained again with an official complaint email. At no time during my complaint did she offer to rectify the failed treatment or agree to my refund request.
What she wanted was for me to pay out more of my money for other treatments.

She did offer a good will gesture of £500 plus I sign a non disclosure document not to speak of this outside of her business. I declined and decided she left me with no choice but to take her to court. The time lapse was now well over 2 months and the failed treatment had quite plainly not worked.
During the process of court she put in a counterclaim of £5000 for lost revenue for her morning in court. The court case was on 5th July and both cases dismissed. Mine due to a technical issue with the MINT marketing leaflet which states "instant results ", the Judge decided that this was not sufficient to claim on.
My advice to all is make sure you are aware of the cost of any extras she might charge you for after the treatment and ensure exactly what you are paying for.

The way in which I have been treated is contradictory to her belief she is a professional business person helping her clients reach their desired goals. She has caused me infinite distress over the past 6 months and I suggest people to be aware.
