Amanda was recommended to me by a friend so I went to her with problem skin pigmentation. I have received laser and cream treatment and am so pleased with the results. My pigmentation has faded so much. I would recommend anyone to go to her for a consultation and treatment of their skin.

I've been a client of Amanda's for I think just under 2 years. In that time Amanda has been absolutely amazing. I know that when I'm having any treatments that I'm in safe hands & that she knows exactly what she's doing. Amanda is great at answering any questions I have, no matter how many.

I've been going to Amanda's for about 6 months or more. The centre is like a home from home and they don't sell the offer you what will make you the best you can be. No bull no hype just plain old fashioned excellent customer service. Have no hesitation writing this review or following it up if anyone has questions.

She asked me to ask family to take down any reviews and she was giving me my refund .and hear we are no refund . She is a women with no heart ❤️
I went to her clinic Friday 28th Feb for Botox in the forehead and she tried to get me to have filler in lips and above lips I kept saying no . She asked why I didn’t want it in lips I said I heard it would be very sore and she said she could give me a dental block of some kind but I said no .
Then she said you need (Filler) above jaw line either side of me mouth . I said ok yes
She didn’t say how much the filler was going to cost . I payed £1050.00. I got no receipt and couldn’t see the card machine very well
Next morning when I realised how much it cost I rang her to ask if she had over charged me . She said no the Botox was £350 and the filler was £350 so she said she used a syringe of filler each side of mouth .
And on the Thursday I ended up in C.W hospital at 4 pm I rang 111 to tell them I was slurring my words and the right hand side of mouth was drooped. I was scared when getting to hospital they thought I had stroke . I explained about having the filler and they said no my face was someone having a stroke
They done a CT scan of head ,angiogram and put me on ward
I kept saying are you sure because of the filler and they
And there words where it doesn’t take 5 days for you to have a reaction to filler. The hospital asked whether I had been to this women before and was it a proper clinic
I said I had never bean to this place before
The following evening they sent me for MRI scan I waited for results of that scan very scared and felt very vulnerable. Then I got the good news I hadn’t had stroke
The doctor wanted to ring this clinic and speak with Amanda . I didn’t have her number in my phone
So they said once your home and rested ring the clinic and explain what’s happened. I rang Amanda and she wasn’t concerned she wasn’t even looking at me she was writing something on her I pad
I’ve been sending her videos of my face each day because Amanda said it takes 14 days for your face to settle well the 14 days was up yesterday
And my mouth is still drooped and I’m still dribbling when I drink
And all week my hopes where high thinking things would go back to normal on face
And hear I am putting my review back up on hear
Because this women doesn’t care less
And she didn’t give me my money back for the bodge job she done
I have had fillers before and never had anything like this before
And I’ve had botox in forehead before and never anything like this
Be aware the women has no after care what so ever

I will start with if there was more than 5 stars to click I would I came across Amanda Azzopardi,s clinic after googling and researching laser procedures for my face after getting knowere with another laser clinic getting money taking from me and my skin not getting any better I felt so low and stopped going out of my home 3 appointments in WOW her team are so amazing and thorough Jennifer who has been treating me is so professional and fir just 3 appointments given me a little confidence back and the uppest of reassurance I will have full confidence back more sooner rather than later and I do believe her as I smile again already I've met Amanda the owner so pleasant so welcoming so down to earth I ended up chatting to her and can honestly say I think I'm going to be start of this clinic and my skin journey for life I thank hid I googled and found you all Thankyou Joanne ps there drinks machine dies the most frothy creamy hot chocolate to die for again Thankyou and see you all in 2 weeks and counting x

My daughter has been having treatment with Amanda regularly and I can honestly say the whole organisation is exceptional. Her skin is so much better too and we both look forward to appointments, her because of the above and beyond treatment she receives and me because the coffee in the waiting area is exceptional. I highly recommend Amanda and her team.

Unless you have “bags” of money and a celebrity instagram account - avoid this like the plague!!! Middle aged disabled women - am very vulnerable.. Amanda made me believe that I needed all sorts of expensive unnecessary treatments to my face (which I have protected religiously with spf50 for ages..).

I actually had sought to get her advice on the menopause seeing as her website suggests she is an “ advanced nurse practitioner” and “former midwife”. When I arrived (on time) I got a very very hostile and angry reaction from her when I told her my honest financial history. I wanted to try her incontience chair treatment and to pay each time as I don’t want to sign up to any of 0% financial agreements or pay something in full to which I haven’t tested or have the money for.

She had made out that she knew lots of menopause consultants to help but when I asked her for the name of recommendation she admitted that she knew none and would have to research around herself… not quite the expert experience I would expect from a highly experienced and qualified midwife.

She was not found by my nurse friend on the RGN nurse register and she was so hostile when I walked in - I just could not understand her behaviour towards me, but now reading here that I am among others with a similar experience of her, there is also aggressive marketing strategy making use of Liverpool City Council lifestyle radio which worries me as it’s targeting other potentially vulnerable women :(

I left her clinic in floods of tears, feeling too poor to attend and unwelcome. As my friend said, Amanda could have contacted me to avoid the free all of 5 minutes consult at her house and her knowing that I was disabled and unemployed, a kind nurse would have saved me paying the bus fare there and back, plus the long walk from the bus stop with my broken leg to and from her clinic.

I NEVER ever write or post bad reviews but having read and heard about other women’s experiences it feels like this is a clinic for the young, instagram perfect, already beautiful ladies and those with a massive bank account.

In my humble opinion there are much better, and much more friendly and compassionate clinics in Liverpool that do not target vulnerable young, middle aged or older woman, or treat disabled people with such distain and hostility.

Liverpool ladies - my honest and well meaning advice is avoid the italians on this one and to stay with team Scouse for your beauty therapies. We deserve better :) xxx

Excellent friendly Service, I had total confidence in the Staff. I appreciated their advice for the after care of my Skin I suffer with facial flushing and spider veins and have had a laser treatment today. I am looking forward to my next appointment. I suffer from stress urinary incontinence and have had my first session on the pelvic floor chair today. Thank you

I have struggled with my skin for over twenty years and have tried everything including two rounds of roaccutane. I was feeling very hopeless and then happened to come across Amanda through instagram. I had a skin consultation and Amanda advised a skincare routine to use before looking at doing any invasive treatments such as laser/peels. I have never seen better results from skincare alone. I really love that Amanda didn’t suggest going straight for Invasive treatments and was open about the process and that it wasn’t going to be a quick fix. I am now 7 weeks in and already see a massive difference and I can’t wait to continue my journey.
