Just returned from my Umrah trip … Alhamdulillah it was a great experience … travelled as a family of 15 along with my disabled mother… mashallah Hamza bhai did a great job we had a great time at both Makkah and Madinah… all the transportation was amazing and ziyarats were excellent… Hamza bhai was in contact with us through out the trip … I highly recommend him and his company … did a excellent job at providing us with the best services.

We booked our trip with Hamza at Al Zowar Travel and the whole experience was incredible from start to finish. I found this company while doing research it had good reviews. While umrah was sorted for April 26 there was a payment plan also sorted this was on July 25, last payment was due January 26. October 25 I was told I had to pay everything in full. Also in February 26 if I'm not mistaken I was told I need to pay an extra 350 pounds as there where no flights coming out from Gatwick and my flights had to be changed to Heathrow which was really disappointing. Having said that umrah did go well lhamdulilah and the trip went well too

Booked our family Umrah trip through AlZowar Travel for the 2nd year in a row , Alhamdolillah . Dealt with Hamza from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward , although we only had Jumma prayer in Makkah , but not in Madina. Our Hotels in both Holy Cities were 5 star and very near to both Masjids! Hamza at Al Zohar was professional and efficient throughout! Dealt with all my issues straight away ensured a smooth trip throughout my umrah. Ask for Hamza as he is one of the best agents I have used to date!

My experience with this travel agency was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After already paying the agreed amount, they kept coming back asking for extra money with vague explanations that didn’t make any sense.

What made things worse was the constant dishonesty. Every time I asked for clarification, I was given different answers, and it quickly became clear that they were not being transparent at all. It felt like they were making things up as they went along just to get more money out of me.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when you’re trusting a company to organize something as important as your travel. I would strongly advise others to stay away and choose a more honest and reliable agency.

Our agent Wardah is nothing but a star. She listened to our requirements and helped arrange everything from here so we had no trouble out there. We had many hurdles during the booking process due to the political situation in the middle east and Wardah provided so much support throughout. The best experience and was the best hotels and flight in Saudi Arabia and we went for umrah and did it 2 times and travel agent was very good
