Ich würde auch gerne 0 Sterne vergeben! Erstens ist die Ware für ihre Qualität total überteuert, zweitens bekommt man diese erst nach 2,5 Wochen Wartezeit und drittens ging es mir wie anderen, die hier bewertet haben: Ware zurückschicken geht nicht! Man bekommt auf die Mail an den Support eine automatische Nachricht. Darin steht, innerhalb 48 h bekomme man eine Antwort. Habe KEINE Antwort bekommen. Habe es 2x versucht. Auf anderem Weg ist Alyxen nicht erreichbar. Ich werde dort nie wieder bestellen!!

J’ai passé ma commande sur ce site, j’ai reçu des articles trois semaines après. très mauvaise qualité pour des prix assez élevés. Cela fait surtout trois semaines que je leur envoie des mails, quasiment tous les jours de pouvoir renvoyer les articles qui ne conviennent pas. Et mes mails restent sans réponse! site frauduleux qui indique retour et remboursement sous 60 jours, mais qui ne donne pas la possibilité de faire le retour puisque je n’ai aucune adresse d’expédition et Aucune procédure de retour en ligne, ils demande l’envoi d’un mail sauf que ceux ci restent sans reponse.

Hände weg bei der Bestellung kann ich nur sagen!
Erst wartet die Firma vier Wochen mit dem verschicken und dann kann man Ware nicht zurückschicken, wenn sie nicht passt.
Es ist keine Retourenadresse auf der Homepage angegeben und die Firma macht es einem unnötig schwer einen Retourenvorgang anzulegen. Außerdem werden die Messick ignoriert und es wird nicht drauf reagiert. Hier würde ich nie wieder bestellen! Also Finger weg!

Site douteux. Sweat acheté près de 50€ d’une qualité plus que médiocre en plus la taille n’était pas celle commandée. Vous voulez retourner la commande, vous êtes obligés d’attendre leur instruction de retour. On vous dit bien de ne pas retourner l’article tant que les instructions ne sont pas données sauf qu’on ne vous enverra jamais les instructions de retour. Vous ne serez jamais rembourser. Le service client qui à ma connaissance possède au moins 5 adresses mail différentes fera la sourde oreille et ne vous répondra jamais malgré les nombreuses relances. À éviter ce sont des escrocs

J’ai acheté un bonnet mea culpa mal cousu et avec les coutures s’enlevant facilement et un jean qui n’en est pas un car il est en toile et la qualité est médiocre.
Conclusion : ne pas acheter sur ce site !

Clothing was poorly made out of terrible material and looks nothing like the photos. When you want to return the product, the company does not honor their policy or return communication at all. They are a rip off company that tries to scam users with inferior products and then zero customer service. Avoid at all costs. What you see is not what you get.

HORRIBLE took ages to get here, and the clothing is so BAD I got a forest camo hoodie... looks nothing like the shape, low quality print, low quality material, not even a metal zipper, that's just how yoy know this id a cheap Chinese brand, I'd rather use shein and temu, thwyvprovide much higher quality than this stupid crap

I have to put 1 star just because I can't rate it zero. Ordered a shirt, and even though the product arrived in ste stated delivery time, what arrived is not even closely similar to the one shown on the site. Absolutely horrendous fabric, at the point I don't think it's even considerable "fabric": I would say more of a knitted string of plastic. The design is not embroided, it's simply printed on. Can't even ask for a refund because they'll most likely keep the money and ignore all the calls. For 40 euros I would have hoped for something else.

Delivery takes a very long time. The items do not match the description and are of poor quality. You cannot trust the size charts; in some cases, labels with care instructions and product information have been removed. Claims that support will respond within 24–48 hours are complete nonsense; no one got in touch for three and a half weeks.
There is a lot of misleading information here. Stay away from this.

Eigentlich will ich 0- Sterne vergeben, aber die gibt es leider nicht. Die bestelle Ware kam erst nach etwa 3 Wochen aus China!! an und ist absolut minderwertig. Seit Wochen versuche ich den Support zu erreichen, um die Ware zurückschicken zu können, doch ich bekomme keine Antwort! Eine Frechheit!

I wanted to return the item I had ordered but nobody reacts to my emails. Nice touch, seems like a huge scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Sizing is nonsensical and they won't respond to emails about order inquiries or returns. I'm out $250 now

Die Website erweckt das Aussehen, dass alles sehr hochwertig und trotzdem günstig ist und mit guter Qualität aus Europa stammt, weil auf der Website nur 5 Sterne Bewertung zu finden sind. Leider ist das Gegenteil der Fall als ich bestellt habe, habe ich gesehen, dass es aus China kommt und ich habe irgendwie so drei Wochen gewartet außerdem ist meine Ware in verschiedenen Sendungen gekommen und ich warte immer noch auf Eine. Es gibt keine richtige Sendeverfolgung. Mit der Qualität bin ich auch nicht sonderlich zufrieden, nicht sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und manche Nähte ergeben gar keinen Sinn. Also, insgesamt bin ich nicht zufrieden.

1 sweat et 2 pantalons pour mon ado. Très mauvaise qualité du tissu et des fermetures éclair, coupe pas du tout oversize, pantalon S correspondant à... du 12 ans !!
Aucune reponse à mes mails de demande de remboursement.
Si quelqu'un a réussi à avoir une reponse et un remboursement je suis preneuse...

Vêtement envoyé ne correspondant absolument pas à la description. Produit de très très mauvaise qualité sentant le pétrole à plein nez.
Sav contacté, très réactif, propose deux solutions donc je choisis le remboursement , puis …. Plus rien…… et bien évidemment pas de remboursement….

Their products are expensive but when you receive them they look like cheap oversized polyester clothes. The only way to contact them is via customer support email and they really don’t respond at all. The is no specific address for returns and no customer service number. They are horrible replying emails. It’s a scam. Please don’t buy anything from Alyxen.com especially international shipping. If I can I would have complain about this company to concerned government department to take action against them.

I have tried to contact customer support 5-6 times over the past few weeks. Just an automated message comes back that someone will get in touch in 24-28 hours. They never do. I am stuck with a $75 pair of pants for my son that are soooo small. It's a scam; there is no customer support getting back to you for any exchange or refund. Be carefuL!

Terrible. Total scam. Do not order from this website. I ordered a pair of sweatpants and a hoodie for my son. The items took forever to arrive (weeks and weeks) and the package was difficult to track.

He liked the pants, so we kept those, but the hoodie is awful. It does not look like the pictures online. It is a black hoodie with a plaid lining. Plaid lining was supposed to be plaid flannel, but it is a shiny polyester material. The hood should have a drawstring but it doesn't, there aren't even holes for one. The front pocket should have a small fabric label attached, but there is none. It also should he a heavier, thicker hoodie overall, but it is very thin and cheap looking. I have messaged customer service TWICE with no response. Each time their automated message says that they will get back to you in 24-48 hours, but of course they don't. Customers are promised returns, but there is no guidance or link on their website or the emails. Do not buy from this website. Total scam!
