5* The delivery arrived quickly and the product is very good quality for the price. I had a small issue where there was a small crack in the wood on the product. I contacted Always Personal via email, they replied very quickly and sent another one out straight away. Arriving in about 2 days. Absolutely outstanding customer service. This is the first time I have used this website, and what a delight it has been to deal with them. Super quick responses to my on-line questions, my order also arrived within days.
