I ordered 2 customised photo keyrings for my wife and myself, the quality is great although I had some issues with mine, contacted customer service and they sent me another one. A few weeks after, the second one broke again and they offered to replace it with another model for free, they then actually sent a new pair of this new model so that my wife and I can have the same one! Very happy with the customer service, highly recommend!

I ordered a photo mousemat as a birthday gift. The timescale for delivery was much faster than other companies and yet still arrived sooner than expected.

Our second time purchasing a personalised lunch bag. No issues with our first purchase but unfortunately our 2nd purchase was damaged (broken zip) and we did not realise until my daughter was due to return to school as we had just put her lunch bag away when we received it ready for school to start. I messaged always personal regarding the fault and within two days of messaging we had a new lunch bag delivered to our door. Brilliant company and will use again and again in the future. The personalised photo coasters I ordered are lovely, they arrived earlier than I expected and the customer service was great.

I ordered the wine box gift set with a message to be engraved, for a colleague who was leaving. Robe kept me informed and stated the item would be posted on the Monday. I needed for Tuesday so I asked for the item to be posted next day delivery. It arrived Tuesday morning and was perfect - exactly what I asked for - what more could you want. A brilliant service provided by Rob.

Great communication, very quick service. Rob emailed to say the picture I’d sent for a mouse mat would not have come out very well so I sent another. It arrived this morning and I love it. Will definitely use again and will be happy recommend

I ordered a personalised wooden stool for a baby’s christening.When I had confirmation of the order the last letter of the surname was missing.I emailed Rob who said the correction would be made.The stool arrived,well presented and packaged,but unfortunately the last letter was missing.Rob immediately sent out a replacement,through no fault of his own parcelforce where unable to deliver it and he sent another one which arrived as promised.The Christening was today and the gift was a great success.Can’t Thank Rob and his team enough.This went beyond good customer service.

I enquired about ordering 28 nature themed linen placemats individually personalised as place settings on Sunday afternoon.
Rob responded over the weekend - we finalised the order on Monday and they have just arrived.

I ordered a rather late gift for Father’s Day on Wednesday night that was delivered to me on the Friday. However, the parcel got stood on by my window cleaner. I discovered this when opening the parcel at 4pm on the Friday. I contacted Rob at 4:05pm by email who responded immediately , and very kindly went above and beyond in terms of customer service to post out to me within the hour, a new copy present . That then reached me the very next day! I am truly grateful to Rob and the team and will never forget their exceptional customer service. The personalised gift was also excellent and my dad was thrilled with it! They will always be my first stop for personalised gifts! Thank you!

Ordered Thursday 23rd June delivered 27th June. Very prompt delivery, packaged well, exactly what we ordered for our sons wedding.

Fantastic service! I made an error on my order and the wedding cake topper was incorrect - totally my fault! Contacted the seller and they, as a gesture of goodwill, sent me a new one for free! It’s beautiful and will look fantastic on our rustic style wedding cake.
