I've now bought a few products on a few different occasions, can't fault them at all. Fantastic prices, really the cheapest around and everything working as expected. Will definitely order again in the future

Brilliant company brought a seagate 2TB for my PS5 they were the cheapest around just over £60 Brilliant service

Ordered a WD_Black 2TB SSD, just arrived today! Perfect condition and fresh in the box as advertised, installed with no problems, and the price savings are truly something else. Easy 10/10 from me!

They posted my parcel to me, but Royal Mail left it outside and it was stolen. They told me to open a case with PayPal, which I did. They said they’d be in touch with PayPal to notify them of this (i don’t even know if this is true) and they’ll keep me posted. I didn’t hear anything back in weeks and when I asked have they had any update they said to check my PayPal, PayPal then said the case was now closed.
I’ve now got to go the legal route as they’ve said PayPal calls the shots and they’re powerless, yet they’ve still got my money and won’t even offer a replacement.

I’ve added the WhatsApp message I sent to them yesterday after reading this reply. They refused to respond and just blocked me. I’ve had to edit the swear words as this won’t allow it.

How dare you! I have told you the reason why I didn’t want to contact Royal Mail to add anything as there was nothing to add as we had been over it and I said why should I be chasing it when it’s not my fault? I’m the customer and you chose the courier, who failed to deliver the parcel or even put a card through. The first I was aware that the parcel was dumped behind my wall was whey I viewed my emails at 1.30am. I went outside and it wasn’t there. So, again, what was I going to add exactly? It was left in a safe space which was obviously not safe.
I also told you I’m busy!
You’ve twisted a lot there as I didn’t demand a replacement at all, I enquired as to what would happen next as you’ve never mentioned a replacement. You then said you were awaiting royal mail’s investigation which you said would be about 10 days and it’s been over a month now. The reason why I wanted it settled asap is I needed them hard drives, and my money is tied up with you and I wasn’t going to buy more.
The reason why I mentioned my neighbours was because I’ve actually had arguments with them as they’re dysfunctional and their children and other children in the street don’t seem to know any boundaries and climb all over my wall. You know, the one we’re the parcel was stupidly left!
The area I live in is ran down, I have half ways houses in the street and I can’t exactly start berating/accusing my neighbours or their children as their English is terrible and I wouldn’t start going door to door asking my neighbours if they’ve took a parcel from behind my wall as it’s redundant as nobody would say yes, even if they did.
But, according to it’s me trying to plant a seed (you’re deranged).
You say I’ve lied about what PayPal told me to tell you, when it should be recorded their end as that’s exactly what they told me to tell you. I even said to you it was bizarre they asked me to tell you and you even added your difficulties with them as I’ve been having difficulties with them now as they’re saying they didn’t take the first payment from my bank and I’m behind with the payment even though my bank has been debited and I’ve not got the funds and my bank doesn’t know what PayPal are on about.
PayPal didn’t decide what in your favour because they believed you. You’ve twisted that again. They decided in your favour as I didn’t escalate it due to me believing we were working on it together. It’s why the date elapsed as you told me you had notified them about my complaint (they say you haven’t filed or notified them about anything) and gave them the Royal Mail reference number.
You can spit your dummy out all you want by banning me (I did say to you I’d never buy from you again, but your ego is laughable).
My bank have opened an investigation into my payment to PayPal and as of today this case has been reopened
I will be contacting PayPal tomorrow with regards of you trying to slander me (you would be liable in court, but your ego has overstepped the mark as it’s documented publicly that you’re calling me a liar) and besmirch my name all because your company failed to deliver!
I suggest you lay off the crime documentary’s and conspiracy sites as you’re warped.

Bought a Ryzen processer from these guys as it was around £15 cheaper than from Amazon. Ordered Sunday, arrived Monday. Communication throughout was excellent, this will be my first stop for all pc components in future.

Ordered from eBay but nothing delivered. EBay sided with company and I lost over £100.

Your reply is a load of rubbish. I would never try to scam or blackmail anyone, look at my eBay trail. I suggest you get couriers that can read address's.

Not sure how this company is not talked about more because they literally have the lowest prices for the items in their catalogue plus extremely quick shipping. I get all my electronics from here now on
