Inakzeptables Verhalten bei Rücksendung
Ich versuche seit zwei Wochen, ein Retourlabel von der Firma zugeschickt zu bekommen. Ich habe den Eindruck, sie wollen einen für dumm verkaufen. Auf meine Anforderung kam eine Mail ohne Retourlabel mit der Erklärung, ich könne den Koffer zurückschicken. Ich benötige aber das Retourlabel, um dies kostenfrei abwickeln zu können. Trotz drei Mahnungen gab es bisher keine Reaktion des Unternehmens. Sie stellen sich taub und stumm. Ich würde dort nicht mehr kaufen.
