Commercial property rates review…
Commercial property rates review service provided by Altus is excellent , very professional review of the commercial rates being paid both for current and previous years, once savings are identified Altus do all the work to secure the savings from the relevant council charging the rates ,staff very knowledgeable , proactive with good communication and regular updates. Excellent service that all companies should use , Altus will only charge for their service if they secure savings

Cold called today by Antony
Cold called today by Anthony. He confirmed he was fully aware of TPS and also confirmed he ignored TPS since April 2023 in his MO.
To call companies TPS reg is against the law. He Also confirmed he had sent a spam email, which is also again the law.
Draw your own conclusions on the above.
We do not deal with law breakers and advise other not to do so.

Eloise helped me get set up on the government gateway site, so that Altus can review our rates. The email correspondence beforehand was very helpful and the guidance over the phone saved me a lot of time.

We have been working with Altus Group for years and they are a great organisation of highly skilled professionals who go the extra mile to help and deliver results. the company requires advance payment AND YOU END UP PAYING COMMISSION FOR LIFE.
the company requires advance payment and when we tell them we will settle when the refund is received . they go to court to claim the money in a discreet way and do not send serve the legal paper work or make any further demands until the Bailiff arrive at the door to claim twice as much. Avoid using this company or agree the terms to settle when refund is received or to cease the agreement at least after 2 years as apparently you end paying them 50% commission for life.
BEWARE AS SHARKS COME IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS.

We only charge fees for business rates savings that are a direct result of our work. As we achieved savings for your business, we invoiced our fees as per our agreement which ends when the 2023 Rating List concludes.
Your local council should have recalculated your rates bill and issued any refund due.
We have been in regular correspondence with you about the outstanding invoices from October 2023 to January 2024 and notified you about subsequent legal actions. Correspondence was also sent by the court to your registered address on Companies House in April 2024 as per their legal process.
We would like to help by checking your refund status with your local council, and to provide further information re our agreement, our fees to date, and clarify what to expect for the remainder of your agreement. A member of our Client Success team will be in touch very soon.
