So far I have had a wonderful experience with the recruitment process particularly with Charnvir, she is professional and polite and it’s been an absolute joy communicating with her. I feel like I’ve made so much progress today alone with her!

I am thrilled to work for Altrix only because of one special Consultant who has a Golden heart and threats you with respect ,listens to you and reaches an extra mile to put a smile on your face and that is Zoya .
Zoya has been an Angel God sent to me the time when I really needed help whilst with Altrix . Prior to that i used to be told to stop calling as I was not the only Nurse who works for Altrix etc and Zoya came along when I was busy joining other Agencies and saved me.
I was one of the Luckiest people who Won £500 Tesco Vouchers and this came the right time when I was really struggling.
Got restricted for something I did not do myself but was on duty with someone who actually made the mistake. Obviously it was not fair treatment and took ages to get resolved until Zoya became my Consultant and started chasing it up and that was when my name was cleared and case got dropped.
The beauty about Altrix is you book your own shifts and choose where you want to work and when you want to work. I have never encountered any issues at all with my payments with Altrix .
Unfortunately Zoya is leaving and I am very upset about it as I am worried about the future consult if she is gonna be like Zoya . 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
I love Altrix and I love Zoya .

Zoya is the best consultant I have worked with so far on Altrix. She is very polite and respectful, she listens to me and tries her best to sort out any issues I brought to her attention.

I have had consultants in the past with Altrix and most don’t care about the staff. However Zoya is one in a million. She listens and is really good at following up with the client to make sure I get the work I requested for and she ensures that I am never left in the dark. She will always get back to you as promised regardless of the outcome. You will be missed Zoya. Thank you for all you have done for me.

Zoya is the most amazing consultant absolutely going to miss her can’t believe she is leaving but happy for her new role , she has gone above and beyond for me

Been with these just over a year. Not too bad at the start. However last 6 months or so rates have decreased significantly yet received an email saying rates were going up. Shifts constantly being cancelled. I have begged for access to other trusts and just get told they are “not taking on at the moment” I’m awaiting sign to another agency. Had enough 😔

After long journey to complete trainings and compliance, I can say that I have been supported to finally be able to book shifts. Unfortunately, due to ill health I had to cancel the first two shifts that I have booked. My coordinator (M. D.) promptly called to check and assess my situation. I believe he had worked hard to get me compliant.
I look forward to work with Altrix once my health allows.

Fantastic agency, i’ve been with Altrix for just over a year and it’s been a great experience. The team are all very helpful and the app is very good for picking up shifts in advance as well as last minute !

Worked with this agency since 2019 ever since they opened. I was expired of trainings in Sep 2022. After contacting multiple staff to renew my training, no one helped. I was finally assigned a consultant who said who will help me. After completing the file almost, there was one document they wanted me to complete because I declared that I have top neck problem which is worsened by cutting cor era in manual handling and that I cannot be forced to pull on bedsheets etc or cut corners as some trusts do and need to be provided with correct manual handling equipment as by the trust policy. I completed the paper and still waiting for approval on week 7. They said they have staffing issue but i feel I would have been fine if i didnt disclose anything.
No response for almost 1 year is bad but treating staff and delaying things because they declared is another level!! It discourages disclosing things!!
