I bought the tickets from January 16. 2023 for 2 passengers, the flight March 19 Boston to Dominican Republic，( DL1973) unfortunately when we checked in Airport on March 19, my ticket was been suspended, I was called your travel agent, but they can not help. Now today 2024, April, I still not got my Refund back, I called the Altos Travel, they said you have to call Kenya company, they Issued the tickets, Kenya said you have to ask Altos Travel to request to call us to refund, so they throw the ball...$960.50 still no REFUND!

We were told our original flight that…
We were told our original flight that we purchased had to be canceled and a different flight was booked and we were charged another 122 dollars and no don't have a non stop flight and was charged then told it was not out problem we should of canceled or read the email after two calls while at work and we thought we were just confirming a flight new customer very disappointed by the guy on the phone and overpaying for a flight

they called for every thing it was great
They called every time something came up and made sure to ask me what I wanted to do. It was a great experience. I’ll leave another review once we’re actually go and come back from vacation. So far an amazing start!

Booked direct flights and submitted payment only to get a call later that day that said the flight was no longer available. I had to settle for a similar flight only NOT direct but paying the same price.

Situation was handled quickly.
The service was good considering that I booked my flight and got a call a few minutes later saying that flight was unavailable. Not sure why I was able to book itin the first place, but I was a little upset that I had put in my transfers with the resort, and had to call and change them. Overall, it was handled quickly.
