Julia runs an excellent business combining her expertise in people and workplace learning & development with her passion for horses, all packaged in a beautiful and safe environment.

The one-day course encouraged honest conversations and self-reflection, plus the learning from others within the group. The content was powerful and well-structured, allowing time for learning and self-discovery for everyone.

The setting is beautiful and the horses are well loved and cared for. It is clear that Julia and her team are committed to the wellbeing of the animals as well as the guests.

Julia places physical and emotional safety as the highest priority so everyone feels comfortable straight away.

I highly recommend the experience - you will always grow and learn whenever Julia is involved - she’s a rockstar in the world of personal development.

I went into the day with a slightly sceptical view, assuming I'd have a lovely day in a field without taking too much away. I was wrong. I did have a lovely day in a field but it was so much more than that. Julia and her team were very welcoming and I never imagined that I could learn so much from the horses. They (the horses) were delightful and so sensitive to our personalities. There were some really valuable lessons thanks to Julia's insightful interpretation of our interactions. I had a fabulous time and certainly grew as an individual thanks to these amazing animals... and of course Julia and her team ;)

Julia was an excellent host, with a clear structure that combined team building with personal development & reflection.

Combining horses with business strategy might not be the first thing that comes to mind but the format worked very well and allowed us to gain insights that will prove valuable moving forward.

Additionally, while Julia challenged us to step out of our comfort zone, our well-being and comfort were considered throughout.

It was also clear that the horses are exceptionally well looked after and everyone in our party felt safe being around them.

My experience with Julia and the horses was insightful and is still memorable even after several weeks have passed. The day was relaxed and I felt listened to. Other members of the group allowed space for each other and we gelled well. The horses' behaviour in response to my actions was eye-opening and I had several self-realisation moments during the afternoon. I have a newfound respect for horses and am more aware of my behaviour around them, how it impacts them and how I can learn from that when interacting with people.

Julia and her team were brilliant from start to finish.

It is a very different experience but very powerful for the whole team that we were with. We ran a leadership development event and combining the theory with the real experience of interacting with horses, added a dimension that took the whole day to a memorable and impactful level.

I had an irrational fear of horses 🐎, however, spending the afternoon at the stables has completely changed my perception and helped me over come a fear.

An irrational fear of mine is horses 🐎, it took a massive step in concurring some of that fear today.

Step 1: Be introduced to the horses behind the gate.
Step 2: Sniff and stroke
Step 3: Treat time
Step 4: Get in the field and groom them!

Had the best afternoon 💜🐴🐎 with beautiful horses and it was really therapeutic to meet such a friendly calm herd. Joel even cuddled up and put his head on my shoulder.

Thoroughly recommend this place for a visit, can't wait to visit again!
