Mark was super helpful, I ran all the way to the transfer desk and was greeted with a warm welcome & reassurance. Highly efficient service, ready with my name & number on the system. Woeful and incompetent, left us stranded in les menueir, said they called our name out at the little bus station and we never acknowledged, we were actually at the bust station an hour before pick up and no Alpy bus came, weren’t interested in solving the problem that we were now stuck in the French Alps with a plane to catch, avoid this company.

Shared transfers may be good value, but are consistently 30 mins late or more. A tolerable thing made worse by a faulty booking system, two websites, and unreasonable customer service

Pleasant journey, with breaks if asked for, the driver Basoglou was charming and helpful, definitely making it a memorable trip!

Traveling with a ski injury is tough, but my driver Mr Janis Treimanis made my transfer from Val Thorens to Geneva so much easier. He was incredibly thoughtful—providing ice and a footrest when I needed it most. Professional, kind, and an excellent driver.

Vasileios is a very good driver, and so friendly. Made a stop for us and still made sure we made it. Kept us safe all the way to the airport. Would 10/10 recommend.

We missed our flight home because Alpy sent the wrong size bus for our return trip, and they are refusing to accept responsibility for our insurance claim quoting a 'road closure due to a rock fall'.
The people in our group who fitted on the bus (4 out of 12), made their flight despite the longer transport time due to the road closure. 8 of us were stranded and had to book on to a new flight last minute.
These things happen, but Alpy should be honest so that we can get our money back from our insurance company and not wash their hands of it.

Alpytransfers. Geneva airport to Morzine. We allowed over 3 hours to clear passport control as been warned of delays, there were none! For a small fee we were able to get on coach which was just about to leave. Journey & driver were great.
Morzine to Geneva, we paid for a pick up from our apartment. A minibus arrived spot on time. Our driver Chris was very helpful & the journey was great.
Really couldn't of been any better - highly recommended/

Le trajet s’est bien passé mais avec 1.30 de retard au depart. Aucune information donné au point de départ (Morzine), personnel peu cooperatif. Aucune indication visuelle au point de départ. Des personnes ont raté leur avion.
