I was just a walk in trying to cash in some gold I was approached by Robin devey She is very friendly and very knowledgeable instead of me cashing in all my gold I ended up depositing it and walked out as a member thank you Robin you are amazing.

ALPINE GOLD and the UPMA are a blessing to those of us who understand the true meaning of what constitutes authentic money as stated in the US Constitution. I have been working with them for a few years now. Alpine and the UPMA have done an exemplary job in creating a business banking system that speak to these needs. Members are attentive to the needs of their clients and customers, I can call directly or send an email for immediate response. Because it is substantially co-operative its interactive design is unique among banking systems or financial institutions. Their TRUST feature adds extra security and a stronger feeling of institutional reliability. Their Debit card is fantastic as is their many means and ways to capitalize on one's investment. They offer an array of monetary components such GOLD DOLLARS, GOLD BACKS & SILVER DOLLARS. For me the outstanding feature is that your account holdings are calculated in percentage oriented increases and NOT dollar to dollar increases. You can buy directly from Alpine to fund your account or like any bank walk or send your funds in directly. There is SO much I could go on and on! But for the times we are entering Alpine and the UPMA are my choice for a prosperous and elevated future for our Money. God Bless.

I thought UPMA was a neat idea when I signed up. I used to trust them but now I don't. Two years ago, they applied an unannounced additional deposit fee (6% extra) on one of my deposits. Back then they were nice enough to call me, apologize and refund the extra charges. A couple of months ago, they charged extra again without announcing increased charges. This time an EXTRA 8%! They haven't called to apologize and fix it this time!

Also, it now takes way too long to do an ACH purchase than it did a couple of years ago. They keep making changes that really mess things up for me.

Don't have a bunch of money so I ordered the Arizona 1/2, 1, 2, and 5 to start. They are very nice. Love the artistry on them and own a little gold. Nice collectors piece.

The personal service and willingness to answer my many questions. I love coming here as a treat to myself when I make a bonus!

Have had several interactions, some on the phone for a decent amount of time, and he's so patient. Great customer service!

Let me tell you buying gold has never been more fun for me because before I found out about the Goldbacks I found buying gold as a daunting task because I would need to save up a ton of money before I could buy it but with the Goldback I can spend cash I have laying around and buy gold!! My first purches I had 17 dollars in my wallet and I was able to buy 17 dollars worth of Gold in Goldbacks.

AGE has been a good company for us. I was easily able to start up a goldback lease which has continuously gained in value and on two occasions I've purchased goldbacks from them with no issue at all. Their service has been quick and effortless. Well worth your consideration.

A shout out to Bryan and the Sioux Falls SD branch. Earlier this year I did a road trip to chat in person. It became very evident they were legit and this was a great diversification opportunity for me. What I wasn’t expecting, was after a minor glitch during a second investment, they went over the top, without my asking or expecting anything, to show good faith.
