Predatory is all I can say. Your monthly payments are not even enough to cover the fee and interest for a year. Then after 1 year they increase the interest rate even though you sign a 60 month term + there renew and application fees$$. DON'T DO IT go to the bank!! Take me 10 years pay off this loan oy if I increase the monthly payment by 50%, PREDATORY!

All I can say is bad things happen to good people!
Bev DeVos at Alpine Credit had a tough case with us between revenue Canada & an estate, I was under pressure to come up with lots of money for probate & taxes.
Bev made it happen painlessly & professionally. Bev was like our Guardian Angel. Took care of business. Cleaned out our closet. Put us back on track.

Extremely satisfied!
The Customer service I received from Katie was fantastic! With my situation, Alpine credit helped me keep my house, fix my roof and pay off debt when no one else would! Katie went above and beyond to help me, reassure me and speed up the process! All done through my phone! No need to take off work or go anywhere! I definitely recommend them!

Alpine credit are criminals
Alpine credit are criminals. They take advantage of people. They quoted me a rate but changed it last minute by another 5%. I had the loan for almost 9 months. It cost me almost 24.5% at end of the day with legal fees and penalties. They charged me over $40k for a $191,000.00 mortgage. Stay away from them. There are much better options available.

I must say I will NEVER apply here for a loan, your adds and commercials are so extremely annoying!! Could you not have come up with anything better?? I literally have to turn the radio off in order to bypass your long advertising jingle. Do yourself’s a favour to many and actually change your commercials or fire who ever thought these were a good idea!!

BECAUSE ALPINE CREDITS MISLED US ABOUT ALMOST EVERYTHING WE REJECT THE MORGTAGE THEY OFFERED US.
EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NEVER ANY MORTGAGE ALPINE FILED A BINDER (A LIEN) AGAINST OUR HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE.
THEY TRIED TO MAKE US PAY TO HAVE THIS IMPROPER LIEN REMOVED.
