I am a father of 8 and my wife and I work a lot. When not at work we are working around our farm. Only a week into alpilean, we both notice that our energy levels have improved, and she is sleeping better. Not sure about weight loss yet, but just being able to function for a full 18 hr day is worth the price of the product to me.

Product doesn't work - total scam!

Complete fraud! Do not buy! The worst website I have ever seen, they make you click stuff and charge you for products you never intended on buying! Really poor customer service and most important - the product DOES NOT WORK!

A) It DOES NOTHING.
B) The money back guarantee is only after you ship the product back to them and is supposed to be refunded within 48 hours. I heard nothing and there was no refund. I called Clickbank who was the one who gave me the mailing instructions--WHICH DID NOT include "Save the Tracking number!" SO, when I called and didn't have it, they were not going to promise me a refund, just that Clickbank was "requesting a refund without proof!" Thank God I was able to get the tracking number after great difficulty. Finally, they say I'll see my money in 3-5 days. So much for no questions asked, refunding within 48 hours. I used to live in McHenry (their mailing address). There is a guy (whose name admittedly is not on Alpilean's website) who I know lives in that area who used to do supplements out of Puerto Rico who told my son his business was a scam. People fail to cancel, or forget they have subscribed for months. But the products never do as promised. Think it's the same company? Try Alpiliean if you must, but don't forget the tracking #!!! At best, this is a low integrity organization, not true to their word.

This product doesn't work. I have been taking for 2 months now. Apparently it's money back guarantee, yeah sure they don't even reply back to you

I purchased a 90 Day supply, however your website states a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee, please allow 90 days to see results. That's the catch. Very disappointed with the purchase and I didn't lose any weight...Not even 1 pound

This company gets an A for marketing (sucked us all in) and an F for actual product effectiveness. I took daily for 6 weeks and did not lose an ounce. I knew I had 60 days to return, so I looked up how to get a refund. Turns out they require you to send back ALL bottles purchased in order to qualify for a return. I only had the one unopened bottle and the partially used bottle. I wrote to customer support to see if they would honor my refund and they said I needed to return ALL bottles. So I write this review to alert anyone taking this product, to not dispose of your empty bottle. You need it for a refund. Also, leave enough time to get your bottles mailed back to them within 60 days of purchase (not delivery).

This is a SCAM COMPANY AND THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK! I looked up how to return product within the 60 day time frame. Their own website stated to contact Clickbank Monday through Friday. So I waited till Monday to call and Clickbank informed me they were open 24 hours 7 days a week. They refused to assist because I was 12 hours over the 60 day guarantee. I was instructed to contact Alpilean. I emailed Alpilean several times with the same result no refund even though it was due to no fault of my own because their own website was WRONG WITH CLICKBANK HOURS OF OPERATION. I also lost no weight even though I am a former bodybuilder, know how to eat healthy, eat healthy, intake no sugar, low carb diet. However, I am going through menopause and gaining weight. Do NOT PURCHASE...THIS IS A SCAM AND FALSE PRODUCT. I LOST OUT OVER 500.00 WORTH OF HARD EARNED MONEY!

What a SCAM. RUN..SAVE YOUR MONEY. I asked for a refund. Their 60 day refund claim is a lie. It's 60 days from the day you order. Your product has to be back to their office within 60 days of the day you order. I was 1 day after the day I ordered. Mind you, I was within 60 days of receiving but that didn't matter to them. $170 dollars wasted. Oh and I sent 2 bottles back. So $170 for 1 bottle. DONT FALL FOR THIS. Alpilean, shame on you for the false advertising and stealing people's hard earned money.

Like many others I was sucked in by their advertising promises. The product is an absolute scam. After taking for almost 2 months and spending $256. I wish I would have done more research before purchasing this product and I really hope more people go to the reviews so they do not end up in the same situation as me, no weight loss. I have only 195.00 pending at the moment, and it looks like they are keeping $60.00 . after they received the bottles I did not use, they closed my portal to cantact them and would never give me a reason why I am not getting a full refund. I did not get the refund yet SHAME ON YOU ALPILEAN!!!!!

Like many others I was sucked in by their advertising promises. The product is an absolute scam. After taking for almost 3 months and spending $170.00 I tried contacting them for a refund and of course I was told I was past the 60 day refund period. I wish I would have done more research before purchasing this product and I really hope more people go to the reviews so they do not end up in the same situation as me, no weight loss and out $170.00 hard earned dollars. SHAME ON YOU ALPILEAN!!!!!

The 60 day guarantee is mostly bogus. You actually get about 30 to 40 days to get a refund. The clock starts when you place an order. It takes 7 to 10 days to reach you. Then all bottles have to be returned to their address on your dime. Another week or so. On top of everything the product doesn't even work! So, if you fall victim to their advertising, start the refund process as soon as the product arrives.

Alpilean is a Rip Off. It Does NOT work. Don’t waste your money. Scam !

I was persuaded to buy the three-month supply as they indicated you would only see results that way. What they didn't tell you clearly is that if you didn't have results within 60 days (don't go beyond that date!), you could get a refund, but only if you sent back the empty bottles and any partially full bottles (Where was that on the video?) Without that, nothing returned! So you take it for almost three months, and nothing happens. No weight loss. (Money loss!) And you complain to Alpilean. Here is the exact reply they sent me, "In order to obtain a refund for your bottle(s), you must return all bottles, be they empty, full, or partially full, back to our fulfillment center within sixty (60) days of the date you originally ordered the product along with your original packing slip." Did you save all of that? Did you know to? Did you follow their instructions to go for three months like I did and then... "Sorry, you are past the two months return!" I had no results, even gained a couple of pounds. If that's what you want, go ahead and order it! But don't expect your money back from Alpilean. Their product doesn't work. Their guarantee doesn't work. It's 'read the fine print' and 'caveat emptor' or 'let the buyer beware.' As I didn't have any results after 60 days, I should have asked for a refund then (not 61 days, not 60 days! but 59 days or less—remember they said “within sixty days”) and hopefully you saved all the paperwork and the empty bottles. Shame on them. Shame on me. Shame on you if you don't save what they ask of you and contact them not exactly on time but before the 60 days!

I had such high hopes after finding this product. However the 'reviews' that I read were all written by or into company related information. I had not yet discovered Trusted Pilot.
The product arrived in a timely manner. However due to being out of town, and then getting sick upon my return, I could not start using Alpilean immediately. Once I started using it, I used it faithfully for 30 days, without so much as an ounce of weight loss. Even though I was eating more carefully!
The time line for returns is 60 days, so with only a week left in the return window, I decided to send the remaining bottles back.
When I looked at the HOW TO RETURN PAGE, I was quite surprised to see that to do a return, ALL bottles must be sent back. Even empty ones. Imagine if someone has discarded empty bottles! Sorry...NO refund without ALL the bottles!
I wrote to Alpilean for further instructions. The CSR folks there are quite nice and helpful.
After vising the return page, and chatting with CSR, I mailed it out.
Then I get another email saying I should send them the tracking #, AND THE PACKING SLIP. No refund without this. Suddenly, due to all the hoops I had already jumped through, it was like there just HAD to be an obstacle that would prevent me receiving refund.
So I await notification of the delivery of the bottles back to them and hope there will not be a problem.
This review is not to bash the company, but to alert others to check return requirements before ordering so you can be prepared.

I have been taking this for about 2 months, and for the last 2 weeks have been gaining weight-about 10#. I am not eating a lot, and have been exercising. I have lost nothing. I haven’t felt better or had more energy. I do not think there is anything in the pills except maybe gelatin. A total waste of about $200+ dollars.

Their product is very expensive with zero results.
I took the capsules for three months and there was no change to my weight.
I’ve tried to leave reviews elsewhere and they just get deleted.

Do not buy from Alpilean. I took the pill once and made me sick and dizzy for two whole days. The company said it will give me back my money but that was a lie. I tried returning the 3 bottles back to them and I was refused. This product is not to be trusted. Do not buy.
