Purchased a Push Ortho Thumb Brace CMC. I was a bit concerned at purchasing it as it was a unique design. The information on the site was terrific and I decided to try this product. The brace arrived within a few days - I thought it would take at least a week. It has made a enormous difference to my thumb pain, so I would definitely use Optomo again!

Broken Package but quickly fixed.
Had 2 packages delivered, both boxed came damaged and the product in one box (Bosu Balance Trainer) inside didn't fair much better. I rang Optomo that day and was told to send the package back using Reply Paid (no cost to me) and once it was received a new one would be sent. Sure enough a few days later an email was sent informing of a new delivery and a few day after that, it arrived, this time undamaged. Good customer service and easy to deal with in returns.

The brace is everything I need to stop my left knee hyperflexing when doing sporty stuff (no ACL or PCL after knee replacements). Am going to get one for the right knee now.
