Alighted on Alpha Smartphones after…
Alighted on Alpha Smartphones after checking reviews on many others, (This was after terrible service from Quick Mobile, where they need up to 7 days to deliver a phone and then failed to do so, when I enquired, they cancelled the order and will take 14 days if lucky to get a refund - don't go near them). I had excellent service from Alpha and ordered two iphones 7 on separate days and each arrived the day after ordering, have now activated and loaded each with no issues and the condition of each is very good. It is too early to say about long the term use but I expect no problems and feel relaxed that if I do need help or a repair it will be sorted efficiently and quickly whether still in the guarantee or outside of it. After searching online for a second…Apple secondhand phone purchase
After searching online for a second hand iPhone I eventually ordered from Alpha Smartphones.The reason I liked this company is for the guarantee and that they use all genuine Apple replacement parts and products. The prices are competitive with secure payments methods and the service was prompt delivery free and within a few days. I would certainly use this company again without hesitation.

RIP OFF, STEER WELL CLEAR!
I purchased a Grade A phone which is described as "no signs of use, scuffs or marks" on their own website. The phone I received was more like a Grade C. I contacted the company who wanted to resolve the matter by refunding me £10! I declined and asked for a complete refund as I now had no confidence in Alphasmartphones and did not want such a poor condition phone.
The company refused to reimburse me the cost of posting the phone back to them quoting their T&C make it quite clear the buyer has to bear the cost. I was unable to find this condition in their T&C, which Alphasmartphones then informed me was in the "warranty" section???? The warranty section says the phones are covered for "manufacturing flaws or problems with workmanship" and the buyer pays the postage. However, I was not returning the phone under warranty due to "manufacturing flaws or problems with workmanship", I was returning the phone due to Alphasmartphones not providing me with the phone I had ordered amd paid for, but sending a completely scratched phone, which was advertised as Grade A and clearly not "as described" (Breach of contract under Consumer Rights Act 2015).
So be warned, if you order a specific phone but Alphasmartphones decide to send you a completely different one, you will be have to pay the cost to return it to them and be out of pocket.
According to Alphasmart, this situation still comes under the "warranty" section of their T&C, Really???? Rather than the "we cocked up and sent the customer the wrong phone" or "we tried to pull a fast one but the customer wasn't happy" section of their T&C!
The phone appeared to be from France and had previously been on the Orange network. Upon starting the phone the Orange logo appeared and it started in French so I had to change the language. It also wanted to reinstall some games that I assume the previous owner had downloaded!
Also beware
When viewing individual phones on their website, refurbished phones are advertised with a 12 month warranty, however from having to read heir terms and conditions numerous times, i noticed it is only a 90 day warranty for refurbished phones!
In a nutshell, DO NOT trust them, steer well clear!!
In response to Alpha Smartphones reply:
They clearly do not know the content of their own website!!
They are fortunate I cannot attach screen shots to these posts otherwise I would attach the screen shot the video clip description from THEIR OWN website which states Grade A has "No signs of use, scuffs or marks"!!!
I could also post screen shots of refurbished phones described as having a 12 month warranty which conflicts with the T&C which states 90 days!!
I could also attach some photographs of what Alpha Smartphones interpret as Grade A 🤣🤣🤣
As an example: If you order a black phone, and Alpha Smartphones send you a pink phone, you will have to bear the cost of returning it to them as this would come under their warranty section!!! Because obviously you are returning it due to "manufacturing flaws or problems with workmanship". Not because they screwed up????

Regarding your order, we can see that you ordered a Refurbished Samsung Galaxy S7. It was mentioned in the product description that the phone had minor signs of usage/scuff marks. Since you contacted us citing the presence of some scuff marks, we offered you a 10.00 pounds partial refund to resolve this issue and satisfy you. Unfortunately, you were not happy with the proposed solution, to which we asked you to send the phone back to us and we shall send you a replacement which you would be hopefully happy with. As you mentioned, the buyer indeed has to pay for the return charges and this is clearly mentioned in our terms and conditions which you accepted before placing the order.
As far as the phone being on some network before coming to you, this should not be a problem as you had ordered an unlocked phone and that’s what you got it as. We would have been more than happy to assist you with clearing the phone had you decided to keep the phone, but since you were already sending it back, we would have done that once it was received back.
Regarding the warranty, please be informed that we provide a 90-days seller warranty on all our Refurbished/Pre-owned phones. As part of our warranty, we offer full refund within the first 30 days followed by 60-days of free repair/replacement provided the phone is received back in the same condition it was dispatched. As per your request, your refund was processed and we're sure it has appeared in your account by now.
We always advise our valued customers to go through the full product description and our terms and conditions before placing any order so as to avoid any future disappointments.
