Alpha try customer service is an embarrassment. 3 months waiting for refund. Each time told it’s been processed. Each time lied to. Always a processing error. Sure there are more negative reviews than posted. This is a scam company with irresponsible and disingenuous group of individuals masquerading as customer service. Gordon K.

I've been a customer for about two years now, and even from the very beginning, they treated me like a valued customer. After two years, they treat me more like family. I've gotten to know each of the providers there very well. Every time I have a consult with one of them, they take their time, even going beyond the scheduled consult time on occasion, to make sure that they completely understand what it is that I need and that I completely understand what they think the solutions are. Working together like that over this length of time has greatly improved my health and given me confidence at 52 years old that I didn't know I would have.

I had my medicine in hand 3 days after my appointment. Switching was far easier than I expected.
