Really happy with the carpet cleaning service. The team was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. They did a great job removing stains and freshening up the carpets, and everything looks much cleaner. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable carpet cleaning company.
Excellent carpet cleaning service! The carpets look amazing, and I honestly didn’t expect such a great result. The quality of the work was excellent, the price was very reasonable, and the service was professional. Highly recommended!
I’m very happy with the carpet cleaning service. The technician was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. My carpets look fresh, clean, and almost brand new. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the price was very reasonable.
I would strongly advise against using AlphaIn Cleaners for an end-of-tenancy clean.
The standard of the initial clean was extremely poor. Large areas of the property were either not cleaned properly or were completely missed. I ended up having to re-clean a significant amount of the property myself and even help the cleaner with the work.
To make matters worse, the cleaner was not provided with the basic cleaning products and equipment needed to carry out the job properly. She had to use cleaning products belonging to the landlord. While the cleaner herself was polite and hardworking, the lack of adequate supplies and the overall standard of the service are the responsibility of the company.
I contacted AlphaIn to raise my concerns, and they sent the cleaner back to rectify the issues. Unfortunately, even after the second visit, there was still a substantial amount of cleaning left unfinished. At that point, I had already spent a considerable amount of my own time cleaning a property I had specifically paid a professional company to clean.
An end-of-tenancy clean should mean exactly that — the property should be thoroughly cleaned and ready for inspection. Instead, I was left doing much of the work myself.
The whole point of paying for a professional service is to save time and ensure the property meets the required standard. AlphaIn failed on both counts.
Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them for end-of-tenancy cleaning.
