We have set up Alpha Gym in order to offer an appropriate environment for the practice of martial arts, and provide our local community with the facilities it had been missing. We have worked hard to provide a high quality, well equipped space where martial artists, from beginners to advance level, can practice in a clean, well equipped, safe and friendly environment. We hold various sessions in each discipline for different age groups, including kids, teens, mixed ages and adults. No previous experience is required as our sessions can accommodate all levels of fitness and abilities. Alpha Gym is offering sessions in 3 different disciplines, Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & No-Gi Jiu Jitsu.

Proud to be part of the Alpha Family. So lucky to have such a great gym in the local area. John is a fantastic coach, with a plethora of martial arts knowledge. I have been training both karate and juice jitsu with Alpha for 8 months and have loved each and every training session. The team are extremely welcoming and would recommend this gym to anyone. By far the best gym I have trained at!

I cannot recommend Alphagym highly enough.
As a new starter this year, who has never trained martial arts, I wasn’t sure what to expect once I started. John is very welcoming and the whole team is filled with like minded people who want to improve themselves and help each other.
If you’re looking for something to challenge you mentally and physically, I would definitely recommend visiting John at Alphagym.

Great martial arts gym
Great martial arts gym! Our daughter has been going for nearly a year now. She is really enjoying it as is becoming a very confident little girl. There is always possibilities to compete even at 6 years old but none of the kids are forced to. Highly recommend,
