20 minutes still no taxi

Booked a car using the app for a taxi to collect us in 30 minutes time. The app accepted the booking and I received a text confirmation. However after 30 minutes a car had still not been allocated. After another 20 minutes we got on the local bus and then had to walk the rest of the way home. No contact from the company explaining the delay whatsoever, if you accept a booking I expect the taxi to arrive.

Lack of transparency in pricing

No problem with actual journey but there is a lack of transparency in pricing. When I booked online I was quoted a cost of between £76.80 and £91.10. The booking confirmation indicated the cost would be £76.80. However I was charged £93.50. I twice gave Alpha the opportunity to explain but they didnt come back with a satisfactory explanation. Very disappointing as previously not had a problem with this company.
