I am very frustrated with this platform. Every time I report an issue, I only get an apology with no real solution or follow-up. It feels like my concerns are not being taken seriously. I need an actual fix, not just words.
Very Worst Service. I placed order for VPS for survey. I get details within 10 minutes. I check those vps, Never opened. Immediately i sent mail and also create tickets. Issue inform on live chat. Now almost 30 hours gone, still never resolve this issue.
Now i get one reply email about to need change the vps, to pay extra $10.00. Non working vps provided, Just i complaint it. If change the vps again i to pay extra. What a worst service.
Dont trust this site and service.
Worst service. Every time there is some issue with their service. On contacting, there is so much delay on chat portal and it is even of no use as they will ask to place a ticket or send a mail for everything, no help will be provided there. When a ticket is placed, they will take days and days to resolve it.

Very bad service.they don't provide fresh vps.if i have to buy a fresh vps then i have to buy to used vos frist.what kind of rules is this.there customer support is very bad after i pay them
