We brought Alpacked in during a pretty rough patch. Our infrastructure was held together with duct tape and the team was constantly putting out fires instead of shipping features. They started with an audit, gave us a clear roadmap and then actually delivered on it. We moved to a proper cloud setup with real monitoring and automated deployments. What used to require a senior engineer babysitting a release is now fully handled automatically. The whole thing took about three months and the difference in team morale alone made it worth it. Genuinely one of the better decisions we made last year.
