The shakes are easy to for me to make... very versatile (I can make many flavors) & tasty to me!

I'm in the final hours of Stage 1 (3day shake fast) and have lost 4 pounds. I've been hungry, but the suggested addition of vegetable broth does a lot for the hunger. I plan to keep using Almased as a high-protein, low-calorie meal replacement so I can lose weight while watching calorie intake. The taste is neither bad nor good. We are accustomed to having sugar in all our beverages, and Almased is not sweet. It takes like vanilla cake batter without sugar. It is also loaded with vitamins and minerals.

This product is horrible! It is NOT diabetic friendly! I started using it right away exactly like the instructions said. My blood sugars have not come down from the 200’s. Since I started using this product! If you are diabetic DO NOT USE!!!!

A company is only as good as its product, and the product is only as good as your results. I've gotten excellent results with Almased, without having to change my whole routine. Substituting one meal with an Almased shake helped me lose a pound or two per week, and using it twice per day made it happen even faster! I lost 20 lbs in three months and felt satisfied between meals. It is simply the easiest way to lose weight, and it I found the shakes easy to mix and easy to drink. Just slightly sweet without using any artificial ingredients. You can add a little fruit if you want, but it is also fine just mixed with water in the shaker cup. If you have a cheat day around the holidays or a birthday, just substitute two meals with Almased the next day, and you're back on track! Love this stuff!

Easy to follow and stick to plan. 10 lbs and 3% fat lost in the 1st 3 weeks. The recipes for weight loss are absolutely delicious! I love the nutty taste of Almased. Please don't believe those that say it tastes terrible - it really isn't that bad. If you like the taste of Almonds, then you'll like the taste of Almased! This is a great plan I can stick to for a long time. Lots of energy and sleeping better. And being 64 - having any energy is wonderful!!

Over a six month period last year I lost 44 pounds. Ive maintained that for six months substiting one meal a day with a shake. In November when my family schedule lightens up, I'm going to do another "start from scratch" and hope to lose another 30 pounds during the colder, snowy, Maine winter.

I love the ease of preparation and the taste. It is also nice that you can mix and match healthy ingredients to suit our own taste!

I have to say when I seen the commercial about it I was a little skeptical about using the product, but when I was diagnosed with a non-alcoholic fatty liver and it says it cleanse the liver and I’ve been trying to lose weight for like the last three years and only lose a pound I decided to try this product and let me tell you I love it. I’ve been on it two months now and I’m down 20 pounds I have energy galore. I did not have any energy before I love this product. It’s a little expensive but it’s working for me. Thank you so much for putting that commercial out there because without this I will still be at a standstill with my weight loss thank you so much.

Don't know why I even tried this crap! Taste awful and these commercials should be labeled "False Advertising!" NOTHING on the market will make you lose weight all by itself. You still have to watch what you eat, exercise and ALL the other things you do when you're on a diet!!!! DIET, THAT'S AND EXERCISE, THAT'S THE ONLY THING THAT CAN HELP YOU LOSE WEIGHT! DON'T BUY THE GARBAGE YOU SEE IN THESE COMMERCIALS. 💯👎

This product really works! As I get older, I find that maintaining my weight and shape become more challenging. Any diet plan seems to sap me of my energy and causes my metabolism to slow way down. With Almased, I maintain active, lose pounds and inches, and do not feel like I am starving. Whenever I notice that clothes start feeling tight, I use one container of Almased over a course of three days. Guaranteed results and I do feel healthier! And the product tastes great, especially with a little cinnamon or pumpkin spice.

I work in tech where there are long hours, long days and so its hard to burn calories. I find that Almased helps me get the protein I need to get and keep my muscle. A bonus - I was able to get rid of some of the fat around my hips. Since nowadays, pretty much most things are hype, I had to write a review to state that Almased is actually a pretty good product. Just one word of advice, wash out the cup quick after drinking almased or else it will stick to the cup and then it may be hard to wash. I will be buying this almased protein for years to come and even I got 1 guy in data entry and the receptionist at work to get on it.

I am a senior from Pottstown PA and I started taking Almased and went from 314 lbs to 263lbs. My blood sugar went down and I am no longer pre-diabetic. I like the vanilla better than the original because I mix it with milk and it tastes like a vanilla milkshake. My doctor looked at my bloodwork and said "whatever you are doing - keep it up." This is the only thing that has worked for me. I have tried to exercise, but my hips hurt a lot and so I really have to rely on my Almased shakes to keep the pounds off. Honestly, I just sit on the couch a lot and watch the news so its really tough to lose weight so Almased has been a lifesaver for me.

I did the 7 day detox and lost 10 pounds! I've tried everything to lose weight, from sketchy diet pills to just straight up starving myself and everything in between and this really works. I did the shakes three times a day for seven days, with broth whenever I wanted to have it, and the weight melted off my body. I'm now doing two shakes a day and feel incredible and can't wait to see how much weight I end up losing.

I'm 71 years old. Since taking Almaced the last week my sleep has improved; haven't had to take prescribed medication. Also has reduced my carb cravings. Really thrilled so far. Will continue Almaced diet regimen. Hope to lose weight. The taste is tolerable.

Ordered and never received this product. Numbers did not work and no way to contact anyone. THIS IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE AND DO NOT PURCHASE!!

This product contains soy, yogurt, and honey. It tastes like raw pancake batter, and it has a strong aftertaste of honey. Not pleasing at all. Also, this product contains 15 grams of sugar per shake (from the honey). No wonder why people claim to have increased energy. Not worth the hype or the cost. I'm moving on.

It does help however this taste like ass. It has the worst taste. It would be easier to continue drinking it if it had a better flavor. Try doing a strwberry, watermelon, grape etc etc etc flavors then more people qould deink it more

I just want to know why Beth doesn't take a bite of the muffin. She just pretends to. Is it that because it's high in calories and not good if you want to lose weight

I just started this Friday. The taste takes some getting use to. It's not as bad as some make it out to be. I will continue to drink and hope to see improvement in my health
