I ordered a woman's bomber jacket in October 2025 it's April 2026 and still haven't received it

Bestilte en skjorte i juli 2025, modtog den fra kina, den var alt for lille og kort.. jeg betalte porto kr. 100 og sendte den retur. Nu i dag var min returnering landet retur i min postkasse??? Efter den har været en tur i Kina - modtager adressen var tapet over.
Det er godt nok helt vildt 7 mdr.efter 🤔
21.3.26 - Har skrevet mail til Alma-Hansen support 20.3.26 for at få mine penge tilbage. Har lige modtaget besked om at mailadresse ikke findes/virker🤔🤔 - Det er ikke godt 🤔.

I placed an order for the first time, Jan. 16, of 2026 for 2 items. The reviews here were pretty bad, so when I emailed their customer support? I gave fair warning to receive (from China no doubt) these items by mid-February 2026, almost 6 weeks. Ample time. ONE just arrived today, 3/7/26. In the meantime? I emailed customer support TWICE. NO response. The one item is cheap beyond cheaply made and I will give it away. I fear for the next delivery but a word to the wise: AVOID this particular company and their products. Below par in every respect. -Yet their website looks like a quality one? DON'T be fooled.

Ordered a coat, shipped from a us location, coat was way too small. When I requested a return I was told it had to ship to China!!! Then I was advised a 30% refund if I didn’t return the coat. After 14 emails still no refund!!! They do not honor their policies.

Scam! Ordered a gray overcoat and received a gray fitted sheet, and have no clue of the company’s card left in the delivery package.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
It’s a scam! The product is not as pictured and they refuse to return.

SCAMMERS!!! THIEVES!! If I could give it a zero rating, I would!! Received one part of my order and could not believe how poor the quality was. Then received the rest of the order two months later after multiple attempts to get my money back, then they kill time waiting weeks in between to reply and want to offer a credit for more poorly made items instead of refunding me! Now their phone number and email has changed—shocker!

Do not purchase from this website. Bought an item. When I received it, it looked NOTHING LIKE what was pictured on line. They will not send instructions on how to return the item. NO INSTRUCTIONS in the package either. Phone number is “no longer in service”. Do not get fooled. They are not a legitimate business!! BEWARE!,

I’m awaiting for a down parka coat purchased on January 31st 2026 and the shipping/ delivery has not made at the right time. I need further information pertaining my order if you be kind to respond to this message will be greatly appreciated

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I ordered a jacket in my normal size it is too small and have contacted the customer service department to start a return and the email address comes back undeliverable!!! I have tried multiple times to get a return approval and no response. I just lost $120 I will report to the Better Business Bureau it is a TOTAL SCAM

I have tried to gain return authorization now 5 times with no reply back. Poor service

It took forever to receive my order and then it stank of cigarettes and was not quite what I expected the quality to be. I requested a return and refund 4 times, and got no respond from them! I am really disappointed with everything about this store and their awful service! Don't buy from them!

I have had place my order since December 18 and I haven’t received my package yet. Still waiting. The worst website to buy and the worst customer service. Has no way that you can resolve the problem. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. Any question you can send me a USA number and I will contact you.

They exchanged my jacket for a larger size.

On January 10th we ordered 2 oversized white sweatshirts. They sent a email that they had been shipped. They have charged our credit card and have not issued a refund. A few days later we got a email that they were out of stock. We wanted a full refund and sent an email. It came back that their email was not working. They have not got back with us, or responded back to us. Terrible customer service.

There are some of your stuff that is not my style, then there are some styles I do like in clothing, sneakers and shoes.

The coat look just like the picture..and the delivery was great
