This is a fake company used for lead generation for ANGI and Home Advisor. They make it look like a small business run by a couple of young guys, then sell your information to multiple contractors who will then contact you relentlessly. This misrepresentation is wrong, if not illegal. STAY AWAY!!!

Made a request for estimate. Appointment made. Received estimate. Thank you for online convenience.

Made the huge mistake of giving them my information about window REPAIR. After receiving a call, they informed me that they only replace windows. I thought "ok. Miscommunication." Since then, I have not stopped receiving calls from companies trying to get me to buy windows when all I wanted was one to be repaired. Companies like these are THE WORST. They make money selling our information KNOWING they can't actually provide us a service.

We called All Star Pros, were immediately connected with a dispatcher who took basic info on our appliance repair needs and connected to us with a repairman. We received a schedule for an estimate the following morning and he showed up and assessed the issue. The following day he returned and fixed our refrigerator. Couldn't have gone more smoothly.

Was a great interaction. Grady and Gia Did not waste my time and were able to clearly layout my options for getting windows replaced.

I goggled “Window Repair” and their page came back with “Window Repair” and I sent in my contact info with a description of repair of a broken Bay Window …. And within minutes I got 8 or 9 calls and text messages ALL WANTING TO REPLACE windows, no one contacted me to repair anything ….So beware this isn’t what the project themselves to be

Was very easy to schedule an estimate for an entry gate.

We contacted All Star Pros by phone and by email. They never responded.
We agree with the preponderance of bad reviews given that they never called or emailed us to say whether the could do the work we were requesting.
Don't bother contacting them. A total waste of time!

I would rate this company with 1 star. Called in to inquire about service for an elderly person on low income to see if she could get services and how much they cost. The person I spoke to refused to give me any information because I wasn't the homeowner. I was a customer inquiring about pricing and how they do work and she literally refused to help me. Do they expect people to book without knowing anything about the company or what they do or price? Don't waste your time calling this company is a scam.

DO NOT SEND YOUR INFO. As soon as I submitted a contact request, an AI agent from there called me, followed by 3 different flooring companies calling me and texting me. I should’ve checked reviews before I contacted what I thought was an actual flooring company.

It has a fake profile written up on web page. Says they do well drilling, they do not. It just sends you to an automated call center and tries to connect you with a plumber in your area.

I like the “video calling” for an estimate! Quick & Easy! Good customer service.

Not sure all of your technology ideas for bidding work very well, but I was very satisfied with the agent I spoke with

Pedro was courteous and professional. He was very informative with choices.

Service technician brought his dog to my home. Left it in the car. My dog was going crazy. She's a tiny Yorkie. He was a G. shepherd. He did turn on his truck and left it running, unattended in my driveway, with the dog in it. He could not complete the work. Another technician came and charged me $750 more to complete work on the garage door. The second person, left the heavy chain lift in the middle of the garage. He watched me lift it myself and move it out to my trash! My insurance adjustor gave me a quote of $1950. They charged me a total of $3250. Then he had the nerve to expect a tip. He watched me move the heavy chain lift and expected a tip. They said that they would take a check and then refused to take a check. He expected me to cough up over 2500 dollars. I refused to use a credit card. That wasn't part of the deal. Didn't feel right to give him my card information. When I looked up the address, it was a residential apt in Indiana. I am in Brookpark Ohio. I wanted a local merchant. Very misleading and overpriced. Not very friendly and left a mess!

I am pleased with your timely response. However, I am 75+ miles from Dallas. So I may need to find someone closer to me such as in Sherman, Denison, Greenville, Bonham, or McKinney.
I have gotten quotes before and when they’re coming from the Dallas metroplex……..they were more expensive and it’s at least 1.5-2 hours one way drive. I just wanted you to know, also some companies will not even accept the job due to the long drive.

I never used a video estimate before. It was actually great!
I was able to communicate exactly what I wanted and I instantly received a very reasonable estimate. I'm sure I will be in contact with them again soon!
