We recently had the please of using Allsop Durn and Dearlove on our house purchase. I have to say, our Solicitors (Mark Goreham) was excellent throughout, we was patient and thoroughly explained what was happening with our purchase and advising us on what needs to be done. The process is very stressful buying a new home, but Mark made it much more bearable with his guidance. Thank you Allsop, Durn and Dearlove. Jas Bola

Very quick at responding, any silly questions or worries louisa was quick to reassure us and explained everything extremely well.

I purchased my first home using the conveyancing services of Allsop Durn and Dearlove, Louisa was assigned to my purchase

At no point was the purchase process held up pending any action on Louisa, she managed to make the legal aspect of this process very seamless for me, and due to her quality of service i managed to complete on my purchase within 7 weeks of having my offer accepted.

Louisa dealt with a sale that I act for the Management Company for, she kept me and her client informed on a regular basis which allowed the sale to complete promptly and also to put no undue pressure on either parties as everyone was fully aware of timescales through the whole process.

Took over a year to get Lease extended. Once done. waited 16 weeks to get letter of registration of this extension. We requested the solicitors to expedite for urgent matters. They promised to write to Land registry and kept saying Land Registry takes time. Guess what, i managed to contact Land Registry directly, who had never received any request from them. Land Registry complied to my request within 2 days!

Here is a reply from one of the solicitors to only my 2nd email seeking an update on my request: "We have your email and I am only responding as a courtesy and nothing more given that you are not the client of this firm .... . Meanwhile we will not respond to you any further in this matter."

We replied in similar tone, putting them in their place. Never received any acknowledgement of us being clients, or any apology.

This, after we pay them a four-figure fee, and a 5-figure total charge!
