Off to a GREAT START !!!
We are brand new to our property management company, but so far we are extremely happy and grateful ! We discovered many nasty undisclosed surprises after the purchase of our home that we have been able to sort them out one by one thanks to the management that we chose. Andy and Tammy always respond quickly and get ON everything that we have needed to be done, as we haven't moved in yet. I feel like we are in very caring safe hands. Lovely people too.

Outstanding Professional Service
The entire staff at Silver Bay Property Corp, was extremely professional, courteous, and very thorough. Every email was followed up with a phone call and ensuring all my questions were answered. I was going to close on another property, but decided to go with Silver Bay because these are they type of professionals that get issues resolved quickly and professionally. It has been a pleasure to work with the Silver Bay company.

Best decision I've made all year!
I feel like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders since working with Laura. She is wonderful at her job and even though I know I'm not her only client, I sure feel like I am. My only regret is not working with her sooner.

I provided all the property leads
they indicate that they marketed the property but I provided all leads for folks who actually viewed the property.
They did do very nice photos.

Adequate performance.
On the whole, they do an acceptable job.
There have been problems with updating their financial records in the past, but nothing recently.
However, that experience leaves a poor impression, but that is not the whole story or the complete picture.
Their responses have been good.
I would recommend them to others.

I requested a call from about 6 places and never got a single call. BAD
Terrible. I never got a call from anyone on the list I requested a call from. If these are the types of companies you represent, your service is the worst. I'm sure I would not be satisfied with the service from any of them.

I WAS NOT ;MPRESSED BY THE CLEANUP OR THE WINDOW CLEANING GROUPS SENT BY THE MANAGEMENT GROUP. SOME WINDOWS WERE NOT DONE, AND THE CLEANUP WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY.
WE FOUND THAT THE WINDOWS IN THE KITCHEN WERE NOT DONE ON THE INSIDE, AND WE HAD TO CONTINUE THE CLEANUP PROCESS.
WE HAVE HAD MUCH BETTER RESULTS IN OUR OWN HOME FOR LESS THAN WHAT WAS CHARGED. REQUESTED YARD CLEANUP HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED AS EXPECTED. AT THIS POINT, WE ARE QUESTIONING TURNING OUR PROPERTY TO THIS MANAGEMENT
GROUP. I WOULD LIKE A REPLY TO THESE ITEMS.
