For several weeks, Hayley took exceptional care of our dog, Rosie. Her communication was prompt and she consistently kept us informed. Rosie's well-being was her top concern; she ensured Rosie had a comfortable space by straightening her bedding. On hot days, Hayley wisely chose shady paths and adjusted the walk duration, always discussing these choices with us in advance. Frequent photo updates assured us of Rosie's safety and happiness. I highly recommend Hayley to anyone in need of a reliable dog walker.

I'd like to personally thank Taylor on the reception how kind and patient he has been and so helpful. That guy definitely needs to be admin manager he defines has a good manor with customer service and id like to point that out

Hayley walked our dog, Rosie, for a few weeks and she was amazing. She made sure we were always up-to-date and replied quickly. She insured Rosie was the number one priority, she would always tidy up her bedding and make sure she was comfortable. She also walked Rosie when it was hot and she made important decisions to only walk her in the shade/ not take her too far/ or out for too long - but kept us informed of this before the walk. She would send lots of photos as updates so we knew Rosie was in good hands. I would recommend her to everyone.

Hayley is absolutely amazing and has been a game changer for us!

She comes in weekly to spend some time with Magnus and he’s always so excited to see her. We’ve noticed a significant improvement in his loose lead walking and general behaviour since having Hayley and are extremely grateful for how accommodating she has been when we have needed some extra walks and even timing changes last minute! We will be using Hayley for the foreseeable and can’t recommend her enough.

Absolutely amazing dog walker! Sends great photos and is now the dogs favourite person!

Hayley has been absolutely fantastic from the moment we found her for our cat. She is very good at communicating, extremely reliable and goes above and beyond.

It has been a real relief to find Hayley so that we can go away and know that our cat is safe and well cared for when Hayley drops in.

She is great at keeping us informed with the regular photos, videos and updates that she sends.

This company is faultless! Hayley is absolutely wonderful with our miniature dachshund and will always go the extra mile to ensure he’s well cared for. Cannot recommend enough!

Feeling apprehensive as to who was going to look after our new 8 week old puppy when starting a new job, finding Hayley was a god send. She came in and loved our little baby bear like he was her own. As a first time puppy owner feeling overwhelmed, Hayley really made me feel at ease with daily updates and photos throughout each visit and all round fun for our Bear 🐶

Hayley is an amazing Dog walker, she is the first dog walker I have ever had and could not have wished for a better person. Hayley is really flexible and works with me to support me in the way that works best for me.

Hayley is our fairy dog mother. She met us when our puppy had just arrived and to say we were clueless is an understatement! Hayley taught us not only about how to raise a puppy but also what our specific dog breed needs in terms of food, training and sleep. She trained him, puppy sat for us and made him the gorgeous kind dog he now is. I can’t recommend her enough.

Hayley is fantastic with our cat, Oliver! She has formed a lovely bond with him every time she comes to visit, and will send us photo updates of them having a play! Hayley is always so responsive whenever we ask if she can pay Oliver a visit, and we know we can always trust her to pop by.

Hayley is great with our dog, Jack, and always sends us photos and updates on their walks and visits. She is very flexible and we have been able to schedule last minute visits when needed. Jack loves his visits and walks with Hayley.

Hayley is an absolute star. Our dog Dino is always so happy to see her when she comes to collect him. It feels great to leave him knowing he's going to have a really fun day with Hayley & will be in the safest hands. He comes back happy & sleepy - exactly what you'd want. I'd recommend Hayley to absolutely anyone.

Hayley is fantastic! Whether that’s on our Jack Russell’s regular walks or on overnight stays or just coming to our house to play with him when he was too injured walk. Patch loves spending time with Hayley and her dog too. I would recommend her to anyone and I wouldn’t wouldn’t trust anyone else with Patch.

My two dogs love Hayley, she is so good with them I wouldn’t want to use another dog walker now. She is a strong communicator, lets us know what’s happening when and very sweetly sends us pictures and updates on the dog walks. I am an experienced dog owner having had several spaniels for a period of over twenty years. I have had numerous dog walkers and other members of household staff who have helped with the care of my dogs from time to time.

Hayley is like a breath of fresh air. She is trustworthy, the dogs absolutely adore her and she is incredibly conscientious.

I get daily updates via WhatsApp from her and she really understands my dogs’ needs. I’m so pleased that her pack is growing and everyone should feel lucky to have Hayley on their team.

I think that says everything you need to know about Hayley. I trust her with my dogs and the keys to my house. She’s always on time, makes sure the dogs are settled when she leaves and goes above and beyond the call of duty for us when my lack of organisation means we call on her support at super late notice.

We have been using Hayley for a while now. She genuinely loves her work, she is extremely professional, trustworthy and our dogs love her. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

I can’t recommend Hayley highly enough. I wouldn’t leave my dogs with anyone else now. I have two very elderly rescue dogs, one of which is terrified of everyone and everything having been abused really badly previously, and the other who is deaf. Whenever we have been away before they have always been looked after by a family member who sadly passed away last year, so leaving them with anyone else was always going to be a big ask. Hayley looked after them for me in my own home while we were away on holiday. She took an awful lot of time with multiple visits to get to know both of them before we went, and went above and beyond by a country mile to ensure they were looked after and loved while we were away. I had multiple daily updates with photos and videos which gave me real peace of mind. I also messed up the date that we were returning and Hayley accommodated us again at a moments notice. I actually think the dogs were a little disappointed when WE walked through the door rather than Hayley when we arrived home they had bonded with her so well!! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Hayley always goes above and beyond any expectations we have of her. Just when you think she cant do much more, she outdoes herself. She has been caring for our german shepherd in one form or another since the pandemic. As essential workers, our dog was set to be left at home more than we would have liked during lockdown so we would have hayley pop in a couple of times per day, just to give him some company. She always sent updates with each visit and really went out of her way to give him special care (he is hearing impared). She really understands the needs of the animals she cares for (we have reccomended her to firends) and always goes out of her way to accomodate. Since the pandemic she walks him at least a couple of times per week and had him overnight a few times, when we go away. We couldnt be happier and it is our pleasure to reccomend her to anyone and everyone who will listen. We also love her dog Link.

We are extremely stressed and also hurt that Hayley cancelled on us quite abruptly the morning after she took Lady for an overnight trial in her home last week - a week before we were due to go on holiday.

After originally finding Hayley on Rover pet site in March and having agreed her rates through Rover, in July I reached out to a Hayley to confirm the rates again as we had been quite under it with a newborn since June and wanted to make sure we had the payment in place on time. On confirming, Hayley then advised her rates had in fact increased and it will be £100 extra, she referred me to her brand new website that had since been set up post our booking agreement and that she was not willing to honour our original agreement before as her client base has since expanded and she had to factor in potential loss of earnings for the dates we booked. This reason felt an unusual way to handle an existing booking who she already had an agreement with and given our financial circumstances of now being on maternity leave with a heavily reduced pay we felt penalised by her that she could make more money with potential new customers. This didn’t feel like a good way to retain a client base - which given that when we met her 3 months prior to that, she did not have insurance, a website nor a mature client base when we booked her.
As a new dog sitter, Hayley should have been honoured that we were willing to put our trust into her with our dog to build not only her client base but also her experience as I believe that she still has a lot to learn and grow before she is able to start charging the higher end of rates. (To put it into context she is charging 30% more than my trusted dog walker who has been running a full time business for 15 years and is highly reputable within the dog walking community.)

It was also 6 weeks before our holiday end of Aug and I really felt stuck into reluctantly accepting the price increase as we had no adequate time to find a good quality sitter that we could let into our home for high peak season.

At this point, Hayley also was very quick to refer us back to rover to find someone else, because of this we felt she had no loyalty or care towards us as a client and also to our dog Lady who she had met 3 times before. We invested a lot of time and effort with her earlier this year so she could build a sufficient rapport with Lady as we explained from the beginning she suffered from anxiety so needed that rapport in order to make the week stay in august as successful as can be and Hayley was fully aware of this. It very much feels this is just a side hustle for Hayley to make some extra cash.

Fast forward 6 weeks and we agreed to do a last minute overnight trial in Hayley’s home instead of ours to look at trying to decrease the rates. Hayley was only willing to give Lady a 2 hour chance after walking her, despite me already telling her she would need some time to adjust in someone else’s home as she can suffer from anxiety when away from her own settings. It did not feel like Hayley had the patience nor the right experience for this behaviour after being assured she has canine behaviour knowledge and training skills.

The following morning, I received a text message advising she can no longer take lady due to changes outside of her control. On questioning these changes she advised this was due to a bereavement and was referring us back to Rover again for the second time, only now we are one week away from the booking. She then blocked my number shortly after this.

With now being passed back off to rover twice, receiving a cancellation on the morning after she took our dog and then blocking my number this has now unfortunately made me question her professionalism. Having personally suffered a traumatic bereavement last year, this was not how we tied loose ends up to go on extended compassionate leave. We also did not have 8 people’s family holiday including 3 young children riding on our availability.

Right now We are not yet sure we are even going to get any money back from our travel insurance due to not having dog care.
