We’ve had a brilliant experience with Alloy Ramps at Aviramp in Telford from start to finish. The whole design process was excellent, and they really took the time to understand exactly what we needed for our van.

Connie’s communication throughout was superb… always helpful, professional, and quick to respond, which made everything so easy and stress-free.

The fitting team were fantastic as well. They were incredibly helpful, informative, and clearly took pride in their work. They made sure the bespoke ramp was fitted properly and safely, and took the time to explain everything to us.

You can tell this is a company that genuinely cares about quality and customer service. We’re absolutely delighted with the finished ramp and would highly recommend Alloy Ramps/Aviramp to anyone looking for a bespoke accessibility solution.

Fabulous service from point of order to delivery. Both Connie and Luke were very helpful and prompt with their support and communication. We didn't have the ramp fitted, but arranged collection to fit ourselves. The feedback I have received from our drivers is that the ramp is excellent quality and fit.

From the first contact Alloy Ramps were great, the sales manager came back to me to check a couple of details, we needed a ramp to fit over a towbar on the van, they drew up the proposed ramp - we asked them to go ahead, then Connie kept me up to date with payment received and eta - then gave me a call to check we had received it and all was well. I've purchased a few ramps over the years and this is well made and probably the best finished ramp we've had - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
